Platinum Rated, Beach Front, Condo at Ocean Reef with Free Beach Chairs!

Our condo offers two Free Beach Chairs each day of your stay (seasonal March 15 to October 31).

You will notice a well-stocked kitchen that has been accommodated with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cookware, eating utensils, glassware, china, and more. The dining area will seat eight comfortably with four at the dining table and four at the counter. The fully stocked kitchen along with the furnished dining area gives you the option of dining in for all your meals.

The living room is beautifully furnished. There is a sofa which converts into a queen-size bed, side chairs, tables, lamps, ceiling fan and large flat-screen TV and a DVD for entertainment.

From the living area, the sliding door opens to an oversized, private balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This private balcony is among the largest you will find in the area. From the balcony you can view the water connecting with the sky, dolphins jumping, seagulls flying, beach goers walking, parasailing, boating, snorkeling, and much, much more. The balcony is completely furnished and provides a relaxing area for enjoying sunsets and sunrises. Also, a fabulous place for gathering and playing board games with the family! If you are not lounging on the beach then you'll want to be on this balcony!

The master suite is accommodated with a king-size bed, side furniture, lighting, drapery, and a flat-screen TV. The master suite also opens to the balcony where both the water and sounds of the beach can be seen and heard! Adjoining the master bedroom, there is an upgraded private bathroom with beautiful tile surrounds..

The guest room is accommodated with a king bed and flat-screen TV. There is also an entrance to the second bathroom from the guest room.

Great stay. Been looking for a place like this for years. Will stay here again. Ocean Reef condos are the largest I have seen. This one is nicely updated. Bed is comfortable. Wow. Large balcony a plus. Loved it. 3 large tvs. And again.,, thanks for the soft bed. Great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice condo, great view, and very close to a lot of good restaurants! There were a few things left in the kitchen area from the previous visitors but nothing major. We’d definitely stay there again!

This condo was nicely decorated and clean when we arrived. The view from the 16th floor condo was fantastic. Our family really enjoyed the spacious balcony. We were very close to Pier Park which was nice. It was a nice touch to have use of two blue rental beach chairs. There was a foldable wagon inside the unit which was nice for transporting items and groceries. The units do not have luggage carts. The ice maker makes plenty of ice. A friendly recommendation for the owners would be to add a large frying pan. There is only a small and medium size frying pan. When cooking for more than 2-3 people, it was not efficient. Renters, be sure to purchase cooking spray. If bringing two vehicles, know you can only park one vehicle in the garage. The covered parking was a plus. The second vehicle will have to be parked across the street. We liked this condo and rental company and would recommend it to others.

Simply awesome!
We had the best time in PCB and absolutely loved our condo. 1608 was beautiful, clean and we couldn’t ask for a better stay. The bed in the master is really high, but super comfy. The view is spectacular and we couldn’t have been closer to the water. The complimentary beach service was also a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo
This unit is great, 16 floors up and a huge patio with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the ocean view. Overall, it was well-maintained and clean. Large fluffy towels. Perfect size coffee mugs. Never had more than a minute delay for an elevator. A folding cart was in the laundry room which was helpful to carry items to the car when we left. I couldn’t figure out why the master bed had to be so high, though. I’m 5’6” and it was above waist high. Thankfully, there was a small step stool in the closet, and I had to use it! Lol. The parking was a little tight, but it got easier every day. I spoke with Greta’s Beach Rental several times upon arrival, and they were very nice and helpful. I would rent this unit again, for sure!

This condo was the best we've EVER stayed in.
The condo was gorgeous! It was decorated so attractively that we came home and tried to find some of the decor on Amazon to get for our own home. (We couldn't). The furnishings were very lush and looked like no expense was spared. The balcony also was furnished so nicely.. There was plenty of comfortable seating and the view was breathtaking. The condo had everything we needed. It was also close to the best restaurants, shopping and attractions and the beach was just a few steps away from the building. Everything was so clean and fresh and well maintained. We took our daughters and 5 year-old granddaughter on the Pirate Cruise and it was amazing. We had the best time. Our granddaughter will never quit talking about it. We also did the Hidden Lagoon mini golf and go carts. We also did some shopping at Alvins Island, which had some cool stuff and some of the other souvenir shops. Pier Park was also alot of fun. We wanted to go to Gulf World, but ran out of time. Our favorite restaurants were Sharkey's, Hooked Pier Bar and Grill and Schooners. Dirty Dicks was also good. We will definitely be staying there again. Can't wait to go back!
