Beautiful Town Home Style Condo with a gorgeous beach and coastal view that ensures you can see the coast for miles! This unit sits on the beach and is only steps away from the white sands of Panama City Beach. This unit is a must see! Beautifully accented with Shiplap and gorgeous flooring. Fantastic attention to detail and décor in this classy, comfortable, newly remodeled condo! There is a Gulf view from the Master bedroom. This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath- 2 story town home, with a King bed in Master, Queen in 2nd bedroom, 2 Twins in 3rd bedroom, and TVs/DVDs/Cable in all bedrooms. Max 6 adults and two children allowed in this condo.

Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Great beach getaway
Great location in a nice area ! Easy beach access along with lake Powell. Close enough to walk to the inlet anytime . Condo everything worked as should. Goo selection of appliances and cookware . Very nice 3 bedroom condo . Only down side would be the elevators broke down several times one never opened . But we could use the stairs since we were only on the theirs floor..

Beautiful condo
We really enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle Port. The condo was decorated beautifully and was very clean. I One elevator was out of commission the entire week, which made the wait a little long at times. Overall, a wonderful week with wonderful weather!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Pinnacle Port for over 20 years! We love the close proximity to the beach and pool. Having the option to be out of the sun in the covered pool area is fabulous if you are traveling with small kids. It’s also wonderful to have so much to do without leaving the resort. Playground, shuffleboard, bocci ball, tennis, kayaking and more! Great family vacation spot. Our unit was three bedrooms three bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with many dishes. The table only seated four and we had six. The beds were very comfortable. We did notice that the place wasn’t super clean... hair in the showers, tile was dirty, a disposable razor on the floor of the shower. The pillows in one of the bedrooms also smelled bad but we had brought our own so we just put them in the closet. Overall a great week! I would stay in this unit again!

We have stayed at this complex before in different areas and normally everything is awesome but this time we found some trash under the twin beds and we had to clean the bath room in one of the rooms but besides these things the place was nice good location at the complex beach front but we probably would stay again

Had great time. Stayed at pinnacle port 3 years now and love it. Not loud like at other end of beach. Kinda secluded and only condo around. Helpful management and great price. Will be back there for years to come
