Great location & amenities!
We traveled to 30A for wedding in Rosemary. This was the perfect location, walking distance to Rosemary & the Winston Lane beach access. Gorgeous pool & a great/clean gym overlooking the pool. The unit was clean & had everything we needed for our weekend stay!

Amazing location, wonderful place!
We loved staying at Valerie’s place in The Pointe. The location was perfect and the condo was so clean and nice. Communication with the owner was incredible from the time we made our reservation. The pool is gorgeous, it’s a quiet complex and really the location can’t be beat. We will absolutely be back!

Great location! Place was wonderful, kitchen full and rooms comfy. Had a fabulous time going to beach and pool. Close to Rosemary Beach shops. Rooftop bar was closed all week but other than that, everything was amazing!!

Highly recommended!
This unit is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and so many things are provided that you might need on vacation. The host, Valerie, is awesome: very friendly and attentive to whatever you may need. We couldn’t have been happier with it for our vacation! It was the perfect spot for our family of four. The Pointe itself is also great. The pool is amazing. Very short walk/bike ride to the beach. We really appreciated the two complimentary adult bikes included with the unit, and we rented an additional kid’s bike and a trailer for a smaller kid from Vacayzen in the parking lot.

Beautiful rental in a great location
Valerie was so helpful and flexible with our booking. Even during the Memorial Day holiday she was attentive and communicative. The rental was beautiful. Plenty towels and great complimentary toiletries. There was even all the basics for cooking like salt, pepper, sugar, and a little goodies basket. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary face mask and bath bombs! The rental was quiet, with great air con and ceiling fans. Plenty storage space and great TV choices. We enjoyed the local bar “Shades” which was a short walk away. The rooftop bar was also great and we were able to take our own drinks/music to watch the sun go down. Pool area was not crowded even during the holiday which was great. We felt safe and happy. having amenities like a washer, dryer, dishwasher with all the necessary supplies was a plus too. Shower heat and pressure was good and spacious. The living area was also very comfortable and relaxing to watch a movie - comfy sofa. It was so relaxing we stayed in many nights and cooked our own food/meals. Extremely comfortable beds and very clean. Thank you Valerie!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
We love staying at The Pointe but this particular unit came with AMAZING service!!! The owner Valerie manages the property and she went above and beyond with immediate correspondence and spoiled us! Not all units come with amazing management so this is a HUGE bonus. The location of The Pointe is great, just cross the street and head straight down to the beach. Bikes are included with the unit which is a great add-on and they also provide beach chairs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this unit and will definitely return.
