Additional Parking Area: An Overflow Parking Lot is also available to Origin Beach Resort guests and owners, for those occasions when on-site parking is congested, and for large vehicles and trailers (trailers are not permitted in the parking garage). When exiting the Origin Beach Report property, turn right into westbound Front Beach Road, and then another right turn just past the first blacktop lot. DO NOT park in this first lot, as it belongs to Sharky’s and your vehicle will be towed at owner’s expense. Please park in the first section of the second lot, in a space depicted by the yellow lines.

Great location and spacious condo
We had a wonderful stay at origin of seahaven. The condo was very spacious for our family of 5. Everything worked as it should and the space was very clean and well taken care of. We loved the floor to ceiling windows throughout with a great view of the ocean. When we return again we will definitely booked this unit again.

Beautiful condo
much nicer than pictures. Plenty of space. Oceanview from bedroom, kitchen, and bedroom. Easy process checking in. David was a pleasure to work with. Loved the beautiful chandelior. Was just my husband and I. Easily could accommodate 4. Could do 6, but I like having my own space. The Origin has swimming pool on 4th floor. All employees are very nice. Would definitly recommend.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and the view of the ocean was beautiful! The condo was very clean and easily accessible for all your needs of the beach, local strip, and other amenities. Overall stay was wonderful, the only negative thing is it just wasn’t long enough, would absolutely stay there again!

Great Condo for a Large Family

I was worried after reading the reviews of the Origin but our experience was great. David was always available. The condo has a great view of the street and beach. I love the floor to ceiling windows. Everyone that worked there was always friendly.

I really enjoyed staying here. The pool was really nice and the beach was super easy to walk to. The condo is very spacious and has plenty of room. If you are a light sleeper the A/C in the master suite does make a squealing noise when it is on. That was the only thing that bothered me.

We stay in Panama City every year and this place was one of the best. Top 5 at least . Room was great very spacious! Views were amazing. Short walk to beach! A tv in exercise room would have been great. Other than this 1 minor flaw the stay was perfect! Thanks David for your time and allowing us to rent your condo!

Everything was great! Large, clean, and no issues at all. Location is great and secured. The staff were very helpful with any further information needed. David had been helpful as well with questions that I had. The room has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Pictures does no justice on the view and the condition of everything. Location and property were great. Only complaint is kitchen pans, glasses and utensils need to be updated and replaced. We had to buy a spatula and skillet to cook breakfast. Unit had one skillet and no spatula. I would put more than two chairs on balcony. That said, place was nice and we would book again
