Awesome vacation rental

Great Stay
We had a great stay at this condo! Like other reviews it could have used a little more cleaning and couches were not that comfortable, but overall stay was excellent. The 2 king beds were comfortable, and kitchen was fully equipped. We loved that this condo came with beach chairs. The resort itself was a perfect place to bring our 3-year-old son. He had a blast and we loved that it had a eating place there that we could grab lunch, drinks and ice cream. It made for a nice treat after playing all day in the sun. We would recommend staying at this condo.

Loved our stay even though I had to sweep and mop the floors when we arrived because there was quite a bit of sand on them and because of that I wasn’t sure if the bed sheets and pillow cases on the beds were clean so I washed all of them and remade the beds. The condo was beautiful though.

Wonderful Family Vacation
We enjoyed staying in this condo for our family vacation. Everything is as pictured. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could need stocked. The floors did leave our feet a little black, but everything else was very clean. My little one had the BEST time at the water park. If you have younger children, I highly recommend Splash. The owner was wonderful to work with!

Awesome for kids!
We had a great vacation. Having both the beach and splash pools to keep the kids entertained was very nice, and the free movie rentals were a bonus. We were close to Pier Park shopping, lots of nice restaurants, and a winn dixie just up the street. Robin was very helpful and was always available for questions. My deposit was quickly refunded as well. Thanks again for an awesome week!

My stay at this location was very delightful. The checkin process only took a few minutes. Within checking in the owner reached out to make sure everything was in order. I advise of my one concern in which they followed up and advised immediately. The place was very clean. Everything was operational. Can wait to visit and stay here again.

Best Mother’s Day
Decided to book a very last minute trip for Mother’s Day and it was the best! Owner was quick to respond and great to work with on such short notice. View was amazing! Great resort for kids! Condo was as described in listing. Had everything we needed. The condo was the cleanest rental I’v stayed in. Most leave your feet black and sandy when you walk in on the first day, but not this one. It was really clean which was nice since I have little ones that play in the floor! Would absolutely book again!

Splash Resort was great. Parking garage was easy to park, come, and leave from. Condo was good but could have had kitchen stocked a bit more. It was clean but fold out couch had some stains and the floor could use a good mopping. Condo had brooms and vacuum but no mop. The location on 8th floor was great. Overall, it was good but will probably look for a different condo with 3 bedrooms at Splash next time.

Great trip
Popcorn was in the sofa. Round table had not been cleaned. Toilet in the master, continued to run unless we lifted lid and jiggled the handle. The bath was a slow drain.No towel rack in the second bath. Then found under the sink. We did enjoy our time there. The kitchen is well stocked. The kids loved all the choices to swim. We all loved the lazy river. And of course the beach.

Nice condo
We had a very good time. The view was beautiful and the condo was nice and it was clean. But the washer was broken. We didn't have use of it until Thursday afternoon (we arrived on Saturday). We had to take our laundry elsewhere to wash it. We still had a good time but it was an inconveniece.

Off-season Rental
The condo was clean, well-stocked, and beautiful. It has a fabulous ocean view. We'd love falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. We also enjoyed biking in the nearby conservation park, and other places in town. Our only concern was that the online listing mentioned features that were not available. The heated pool and hot tub were out because of winter maintenance, and the onsite coffee shop wasn't open yet. There was also a lot of very noisy construction, and only one elevator was working. These issues were not under the host's control, however we would've appreciated an accurate VRBO posting.

The hall bathroom toilet was broken. It would not flush. The coffee maker did not work, either. I contacted the host, right away, but never heard back. I talked to the resort personnel, but was told the host has to order repairs.

The location was great. I liked the different water park/splash pad. However the splash pad was not what it looked in the photos. The frog is falling apart. The water pressure was not the best. Plastic was breaking off around the pad which was not kid friendly. A child actually got hurt on the splash pad by stepping on something. The condo itself was not bad as far as setup. But it was not clean at all. The vents were dusty. So dusty. One looked like there was mold around it in the bathroom. It looked like there was a water leak underneath the sink in master bath where there was black caked on the floor. The condo needs a deep clean. When we also got there the first day it smelt like shrimp. The fridge smelt like shrimp as well as the trash. The smell was present every time we walked through the door.

Love the Resort, Shady owner
Let me start with the good, This resort is amazing! The pools are awesome, the beach is beautiful and the beach service is great. I loved how close everything was and the awesome views from the balcony. Right when you get off the elevator you are steps from the pools and beach. The kids absolutely love this place and we will be back. Now onto the bad... As many have stated the patio door was broken and i was hopeful it would have been fixed when we got there since it was at least a few weeks since another review stated it. But no, the handle was completely hanging off, took them about 3 days in to have it fixed, so thankful there was a 2nd door in the master bedroom or I would be livid not being able to enjoy the balcony. Another annoyance was realizing 3 days in after we had ran all our errands that there was no extra toilet paper, it wasn't even on the list the owner said of things to bring. So had to make a special run to the store for it. So just make sure you bring your own paper products, including paper towels. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, the unit itself was very spacious and had most of what we needed. We actually went ahead and tried to book for next year since the prices were cheeper BUT the owner let it expire. I tried booking again and this time he responded back that my request is denied because next years prices haven't been setup and they are going to be more. I would have thought that you would get a break on price if you booked 9 months in advance, or how about not making it to where you can even book it then so people are not confused about this?? Seriously not a good way of doing business, very disapointed with these owners and will not be using them again.

The room was perfect. The host had everything set up and ready. The only cons for the entire resort was the elevators took a decent amount of time to pick you up. The kids water park water was ice cold. We spent most of our time on the beach or visiting things in town, or just hanging out in the room. Loved our vacation.

We loved how spacious the condo was and how nice it was. The beds were really comfortable and the master bedroom was spacious. The pullout couches were comfy as well and well maintained. The pools, and splash pad was well kept and fun entertainment for the kids.
