Perfect for families! Easy access to beach and car. Perfect view of the water. (Need taller chairs to see above railing though). Plenty of closet space to put your suitcases so you don’t have to look at them all week! Pool and hot tub were great too! Everything was great, thank you

Have stayed at Largo Mar in the past and this was our best trip yet. We have stayed at other properties before but our entire family requested that we rebook this location for next year. Can’t beat the walk to the water, updated furnishings, and cleanliness.

Can’t beat the location!
Living just 90 miles away, we frequent Panama City Beach. We have our favorite spots to eat, drink, play, etc. this place has been added to the top of our list of places to stay! We love it and it fit our entire family. Definitely will be booking again!

Much needed therapy
We were very pleased with our condo. Loved the layout just needed a few more options as far as cookware. Nice balcony with a great view of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place!
Loved the house, well decorated and very comfortable. Everything was great other than the kitchen needs better cookware/ spatulas. As well as some basics like oil, and some seasonings. Also would have liked access to a vacuum and broom to sweep up sand and dirt.

Perfect Family Beach Home
I absolutely loved this house. Location was perfect and not too busy compared to other parts further down the beach. You can tell they spent a lot of time decorating and renovating the townhome to keep up to date. My only advice to guests would be extra comforters and blankets if you are the cold type, all the beds had 2 thin sheets with a super thin/sheetlike blanket (which was perfect for my husband, he's always hot). The Top floor bedroom has a vent right above the bed and blows air nonstop and I froze for 5 nights. Other than that, I loved the house and would surely rent this again in the future.

Great location
This is my second time back. Location and view are wonderful. I love how you can walk from back door straight to beach. This time, unfortunately, was lacking in cleanliness. Sticky substance and dirt below couch; wrappers/dirt found in between cushions of same couch; our feet got dirty walking around without shoes/socks. Everything was supplied well except for batteries. Some of the controllers in bedrooms had batteries that no longer worked.

On the Beach!
The ramp from the Condo to the beach was level! No turns, no ups no downs... not a single step or ramp. Out the door, 30 feet and on the beach. Unbelievable! The condo was spotless and every employee acted like we were royalty. We stayed 2 extra days. Coming back next year too!!!!!! Perfect!

Beach Getaway
The property was perfect! Right on the beach and the quiet side of Thomas Dr. that we love. The size of the condo was perfect for our 4 adults and 3 children. If we come back with a party of this size we will definitely be staying here again. The only negative was the doors on the closets in the master bedroom and the washer and dryer were not on track and almost fell on one of the kiddos. The couches could use a good steam clean or new couch covers and it would be great if the carpet on the stairs leading to the master could be replaced with hardwood since the sand stays deep in the carpet. Other than those three minor things it was an amazing place and highly recommend.

This is the best part of Panama City Beach -- right off the sand!
We've rented properties around the well, world really and this was one of the nicest. The location is perfect. Literally the beach is right off the back patio and the view from every floor are breathtaking. Gorgeous sand and sunsets. The condo itself is very well decorated. Pretty wooden dining table, beachy accents without being tacky. Plenty of seating in living room and the decks off each floor expand the space so you have plenty of room to spread out. We stayed in March so fairly quiet. Neighbors we did meet were very friendly and parking was simple. Beds were comfortable, lots of spaces to sleep and relax. A couple of minor suggestions for the owner or rental company -- beach towels would be really helpful, more forks and a sharp set of knives or at least one or two decent knives. Honestly little things which did not detract from our stay. We would absolutely rent this property again and highly recommended!

The staff was great. The unit was the perfect size and very comfortable but not extremely clean, trash under the sofa, debris under trash bag in trash can, and moldy grout in the bath (for a cleaning fee of $125 I did not expect this). It was a little bit of a walk to the beach, there was no silverware, and the dryer would not power on. These would not have been as issue at all (for the unit price) had I known ahead of time. Even considering these items we had a great trip. We got to check in early and were offered an extended stay at a discount price. Just wish we had been able to take advantage of the offer.

Amazing ocean sunset views
We loved the ocean views and directly stepping off main patio into the sand. Enjoyed the sunsets from the balconies every evening. Kitchen well equipped, beds were comfy and the living room had plenty of room to spread out. Would definitely stay again.
