Our highly rated one bedroom(king), two full bath condo with separate bunk area, and commercial queen pull out sofa has been totally remodeled. The furnishings and paintings were designed specifically for this condo. The master is on the gulf unlike most of the 1 bedroom condos. The condo has a 30 foot balcony accessible from the bedroom or family room and is located/recessed on the 12th floor without road noise and just the sound of waves and kids playing on the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with f refrigerator/ice maker, microwave, stove, dishwasher, utensils, and washer/dryer- separate alcove in condo. Internet service is free. The family room has a 60 Inch Smart TV and DVD player whereas bedroom has 42 inch TV. Please come down via car or plane and relax, recharge, and totally enjoy a most pleasurable vacation!!

Tidewater beach is within walking distance(0.9 mile) from Pier Park(900,000 square feet of Shopping, Entertainment, and Dining) on Front Beach Road in the new and convenient west end of Panama City Beach. Pier Park Opened in 2008 with noteworthy restaurants such as Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville. Hofbrau Beer Garden, The Back Porch Seafood, Texas Roadhouse, Osaka Japanese Hibachi, Long Horn Steaks, Starbucks, Olive Garden, Wild Wing Café, Reggae J’s, , Five Guys Famous Hamburgers, Panera Bread to mention a few. This is an amazing property in a perfect location. Close enough to many of the galleries and great restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a cold pitcher of filtered water waiting for us. Nice touch! Bed was very comfy and plenty of towels supplied. We will definitely be back.

Awesome condo and location
The condo has a great view of the beach and ocean from the living room and master bedroom. The decorations and furnishings are airy, stylish, and just right for the beach. The kitchen is well equipped with both Keurig and Mr Coffee. Pier Park, a major shopping and eating complex is 3/4 miles away. The owner communicates very quickly.

Great view and perfect place to stay!
We had a great time during our stay. The view from your balcony was wonderful. We sat on the balcony several times watching the sun go down and the stars come out. We also enjoyed watching the activity on the beach. It was great to have the beach so close and the beach chairs were good to have. We found many places to eat that were very close. Having two bathrooms, a washer/dryer in the unit, and an ice maker in the refrigerator were very handy. We would stay here again if we get back to Panama City Beach.

We throughly enjoyed our Tidewater condo. Its 3/4 miles from Pier Park with all the restaurants/shopping and the same distance to the ball fields. The condo was very clean including linen and towels. All of the furnishings are suitable for their “beachy” theme. The kitchen was well stocked including a keurig coffee maker and Mr Coffee. The owner responded to all our questions quickly and was very helpful on recommendations for restaurants.

Condo was very nice. Condo was clean and well supplied. Owner responded quickly to any questions we had. The resort is clean and well maintained. Security is abundant. We enjoyed our stay. Elevators were very busy during check in and check out, but at other times the elevators were fine. Elevators are large and allow for many people, carts and luggage.

Great Room!
Room is AWESOME. Clean, good location, well designed. Tidewater on the other hand seems to get worse & worse. One of the main elevators was out so wait times were 20 - 30 minutes each time. We had a 2 month old and had to take the stairs a few times. Hot tub on our side was broken as well. Overall, love this condo though and would definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful time. Condo was clean and ready on time. Owners were easy to reach for questions and responded quickly. 6 year old loved the large pools. Only negative was the elevator wait times. Plan on taking the steps if you're in a hurry. The beach service assigns different chairs each day. People line up 1 1/2 hours before they open to get a front row chair. Overall though, the place was great and I would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful condo with beautiful views
The condo was lovely and had great views from the living room and master bedroom. Everything was clean and the decor was beautiful. It is officially a one bedroom, but the bunk beds are in a separate space with doors and their own bathroom which is nice if you bring kids. Security at the facility was excellent. We never left or entered the building that we didn’t see a guard. We enjoyed the workout room, indoor hot tubs and the steam and sauna rooms (the steam and sauna rooms are in the men’s and women’s bathrooms just off the workout room). There’s also a restaurant on the premises that even offers room service, though we never used it. Two beach chairs in the condo closet are available to use and were nice to have. It was a great stay and the owner was easy to work with.

We loved this Condo!!
I have stayed in many condos on the beach and this one was the very best! The owner of Tidewater 1215 was very fast to respond to any questions and made suggestions as to restaurants, amenities at Tidewater and ways to bypass some of the crowd in Panama City Beach at this time of year. Check in was very easy! The condo itself was very clean to include flooring, bathrooms, bunk area /beds, king master and kitchen area. All the bed linen and towels were also very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had 2 coffee makers! The master bedroom had a wonderful view of beach and water, while drinking coffee from the bedside. The living room also had beautiful view as the balcony was huge. The beach was only about 50 feet away from back exit of building providing easy access. We enjoyed nearly all the amenities such as the OCEAN, heated indoor pool for night swimming, game room, coffee/ice cream shop, tiki hut, jacuzzis, and large pools on each end of building! We loved it so much that we have already decided to come back for our fall break in October!
