Mariner West is a family friendly low rise gulf front condominium on the east side of Panama City Beach. FL. Our large spacious gulf front one bedroom unit with two full baths and sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably. We offer a fully furnished kitchen, cable TV with HBO and high speed internet. In addition there is a separate laundry room to store all of your beach gear. You have a front row seat on your large private balcony to greet the sunrise and watch the stunning sunsets. That’s just to start!
Being a low rise condominium we are able to offer you a large private beach with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the amazing white sandy beach and the clear emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. NO OVERCROWDING HERE!

Great Facility/Not so great room
Be prepared to wear sunglasses as you make your way into this condo. It’s very bright and a bit out dated. But that is not what the problem was. The actual facility was great. You have an amazing view, quick access to beach, and you can’t beat the pool/grill area. The room was the problem. I’m not sure how much cleaning was done to the room. We found hairs in both beds and both tubs when we arrived. Light bulbs were out or not there. The wires coming from under the tv that were out for anyone to grab (including children) can’t be safe. The toilet was constantly running. Our feet stayed black from the floor. The couch felt dirty and looked dirty. We didn’t even sit in them because of how dirty they were. Dryer takes several loads to become dry. Wires/plugs coming from an outlet. There’s a cabinet one of my kids opened with 2 broken glass figures just laying inside. Pictures of this place did not relate online. We would absolutely stay at the Mariner West again but not in this condo. Our family stayed in another room and their room was great.

Exactly what I was looking for
The Mariner West was exactly what I was looking for. No frills, just an easy way to vacation. Check in and out were super easy. The pool was always clean. The staff was friendly. They had the info for renting chairs and umbrellas in the condo which was super helpful. Just an easy, enjoyable experience all around.

We enjoyed our stay at Mariner West Condominiums. Sitting on the balcony, looking at the water, and listening to the waves crashing on the beach was fantastic. The location was great. The condo was as pictured, however it does need some updating.

We loved the location and the facilities! The room itself could have been a little cleaner. The couches and beds really need to be updated. Okay for a short stay but for any longer than a couple of days it would have been really uncomfortable. The sheets were VERY rough and beds really sunken in. The couches were VERY sticky !!! I had to put towels over them.

Fantastic Location!
You could not ask for a more perfect beach location. Amazing view and just steps from the water. Beautiful sunsets. The staff is so friendly and pleasant. Loved it. Can't wait to go back again.
