The space
Welcome to 'In the Stars'!
This brand new condo on 30A (adjacent to Alys Beach) blends modern style with coastal comfort!
As you enter, you'll find the beautiful kitchen equipped with premium Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, quartz countertops, and a six-burner gas stove, with an island offering an eat-in dining space. The living room features custom lighting and light wood flooring, with french doors leading out to a large private porch surrounded by greenery for a luxurious outdoor experience - great for an evening glass of wine or morning coffee.
The primary bedroom is a peaceful escape with a gorgeous, large en-suite bathroom that has a marble double vanity and walk-in glass shower. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and its own en-suite bathroom with marble finishes and a shower/tub combination. In the hallway there is a stacked washer and dryer nook, twin over twin bunk beds for additional sleeping space, and an additional half bathroom.

This gorgeous 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo is a short 2-minute walk directly to the beach and the shimmering waters of the Gulf of Mexico! There are no wristbands needed for access, no lines to wait in, and less congestion on the beach here than in surrounding areas - - and this home's beach access is through The Beach House to the neighboring public beach.
Please note that this home does not come with ANY use of resort amenities. ONLY OWNERS are permitted at the beach club pool and condo rooftop pool.

Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
