Living room has a smart TV and comfortable seating. Laundry room door leads out into a mudroom, which allows access to the backyard. Kitchen has four bar stools at the counter, for convenient meal service!

The middle floor boasts a massive kitchen and dining space, as well as a large living space, as well as a front entrance leading to a spacious front deck with seating for the family.
The dining table has seating for 8, while the kitchen counter hosts four counter stools as well. In the living area, you fill find another round table with seating for an additional four guests. For your convenience, this level has a laundry room as well as a half bathroom. Stairs lead upstairs to the top level, and a hallway leads to the mudroom access-- which leads to the backyard.

The top level hosts two bedrooms-- one with two queen beds and a bunk bed-- perfect for the kids, and one with one queen sized bed. A full bathroom with a double vanity and deep soaking tub give you plenty of space to prep for your day at the beach, and to get comfortable after a long day in the sun.

The backyard has been thoughtfully designed to serve the whole group. A fully fenced in yard means that parents of kids and fur babies alike can rest easy while relaxing in the hammock swings, knowing their little ones are safely contained. A grilling space, yard games, climbing dome with hammocks, and plenty of seating ensures there's something for everyone!

An outdoor shower can be found in the front as well, for easy clean up after the beach!
