Celadon 1401 - (Is the condo you see here. VRBO property 1246721) This is a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo on the 14th floor. This condo has all the comforts of home. There are 3 king beds and a queen sleeper sofa.

We also have Celadon 2306 - This condo is a 1 Bedroom Penthouse on the 23rd floor. (Property 355234) This condo has a King Bed with 2 Baths. There are also bunks in the hallway and a NEW Queen size sleeper sofa and couch in the living room.

This 3 bedroom 3 bath condo is located at Celadon Beach Resort, just two miles from Pier Park. It has been newly updated and has all the comforts of home.

Celadon 1401 is beautifully decorated. This 3 bedroom Gulf Front condo provides a great backdrop for a family fun vacation. When you step into this condominium you know that you're in paradise, designed for a memorable vacation, great views, big rooms, well-equipped kitchen, a beautiful beach, two pools, two hot tubs, tennis/pickle ball court, conference room, fitness center and a location that’s convenient to everything!

Step out on the balcony and the first thing you’ll notice is the breathtaking views of the Gulf. Celadon is located on the beach so you get stunning views from the beach and the ocean! Just look at the photos and picture yourself relaxing with your morning coffee. You will want to bring your binoculars along so that you can enjoy the dolphins playing in the water. You’ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west.

Every room in Celadon 1401 is special. The living room is well furnished. It features a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, love seat and a flat screen television.

The open kitchen area is well equipped and gives you great views while having a meal at the breakfast bar. Plus, there are new stainless steel appliances.

The MASTER SUITE features a luxurious KING bed and private bath. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious walk-in closet. You’ll notice the 58' flat screen TV. Beautiful property
This was my first time in Panama City beach. We loved the area and our condo was a perfect fit for a long overdue friends trip. It was as described and the view was outstanding. I would rent this one again.

PCB in a Great Condo!

Absolutely beautiful!
This condo was perfect! We had three couples, each couple had a king sized bed with their own private full bathroom, which is so hard to find. The condo was beautifully decorated and was spotless! It was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and appliances. The view was breathtaking. The only (somewhat) negative is that there are no restaurants within walking distance. It was fine though. Will definitely stay here again!

This is my first review. I do read other reviews and that is why I am leaving one. I would recommend this condo to anyone. This condo is exactly as advertised. It was very clean. Alesia was great to work with. We had a problem with one closet door and Alesia had it fixed within an hour. We will definitely stay here again.

The first night I wasn’t impressed with stained sheets on my bed. I had to strip the sheets and wash everything. There were multiple stains. Kind of grossed me out. The dishwasher wasn’t working and the sink wasn’t draining. Besides that we had a wonderful time. We’ve stayed at the Caledon many times. We will be back.

Beautiful Location
Overall our experience was great. The condo is nice and in a good area. We enjoyed the beach and pools. The beds were cozy. We had six adults in our group and it was nice to have three kings and three bathrooms. There were a few small things that I gave a 4 star for. The first is not enough TP. We ran out and there wasn’t a single extra roll. We had to go buy some. We also ran out of garbage bags. Two is simply not enough. Most of the hand soap dispensers were almost empty and some of the dishes were put away dirty. We washed them up before use. The last is there were extra pillows but no pillowcases for any of them. I found one standard pillowcase but it didn’t fit the king pillows. However, I would stay again if I was ever in the area again.

This condo was awesome! Pictures are spot on! All beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, kitchenware, and utensils. If you plan on cooking and possibly having leftovers, there isn’t any Tupperware, so I would bring some with you. I did notice towards the end of the week, there were carts in the garage…maybe preparing for spring break…that would have been helpful when we got there, so we didn’t have to walk across the street, get a cart, walk back over, unload, then walk over once more. We had a few hiccups. First being an issue with the living room tv working. The second issue was waking up to no water in the entire complex, due to a repair. The beach service was wonderful as well. Overall great experience. Would stay here again.

Everything about the condo was fabulous except for the elevators. Hard to find one that worked. They would stop part way and go back to floor you got on at. Check in time we waited a good 30 minutes for an elevator to stop
