One of the largest and most private beach houses in Rosemary Beach with a completely enclosed and gated courtyard with private parking and extra-large 3-story carriage house. The private courtyard, central to the main house and heart of the home, creates a great flow and multiple entertainment spaces where guests have visibility and views of the pool area from all parts of the house. Play or relax in the separate gated courtyard, which is another unique feature. It also gives separation and privacy to guests and groups that want to vacation together but have separate living quarters. The compound aspect of complete privacy plus the quiet nature of the Kingston Road location will make your vacation the ultimate relaxing Rosemary getaway.

This is a perfect home for a large group with the perfect location. It was an easy walk to the beach and all surrounding shops. Property manager was great with communication and addressing any questions I may have had! We will definitely rent this home again for a family gathering.

Amazing Property!
We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The courtyard pool was a highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal, within walking distance to great restaurants and cafes, making it convenient for meals out. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, and the host was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!
