Bordered by Deer Lake State Park, our home is nestled amongst the pines in the heart of Seacrest Beach within the highly sought-after neighborhood of Magnolia by the Sea. The resort-style pool is located just steps from the home and is mere minutes from the restaurants, shops, and boutiques of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. The home's community has a private, deeded beach access directly across from the community. The two closest public beach access points - Seacrest Beach Drive and Gulf Lakes - are both less than a mile from the home and within easy walking and biking distance.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
Stepping through the covered entryway, you'll pass an alcove with space to sit, hang coats, and store shoes on your way to the generously sized open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen.
Tastefully designed and impeccably well stocked, the home's gourmet kitchen has all you'll need to prepare and serve your culinary creations - a fridge/freezer, an under-counter ice maker, a microwave, a dual coffee maker, an oven with electric range, a dishwasher, and an oversized sink to accompany the large wrap-around countertops. Seating for four at the breakfast bar accompanies room for eight around the banquet table to ensure ample seating for all.
The bright living room offers a spacious sectional couch and a large smart TV. Should you prefer to spend your time outside, the fully enclosed front porch just off the living room is shaded in the privacy of the home's pines and offers a quiet spot to sit during the day and a magical place to unwind at night with fairy lights overhead.
Coming down the hall from the living room you'll pass the powder room and laundry room on the way to the first-floor owner's suite, complete with a king bed, closet space, and a private en suite with dual vanity and a walk-in shower.
The second floor is comprised of three bedrooms; Two king bedrooms each with private bathrooms and walk-in showers, and a custom-built bunk room with two twin beds atop two queen beds. The bunk room also offers a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Each bedroom comes with ceiling fans and smart TVs.

The home provides access to a six-seater electric golf cart, four bikes, plenty of beach gear in the home's outdoor storage shed (beach chairs, beach toys, body boards, a beach wagon, etc.), a gas grill, an outdoor shower, towels (excluding beach towels), hair dryers, fresh linens, a baby gate, a pack-n-play, cutlery, an iron and ironing board, and cooking utensils.
The home can comfortably accommodate two cars on the driveway, with roadside parking pads also available at the front of the property.

Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.
Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposed fines on guests found to be doing so.
This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any direct consequential damages.
This home is strictly non-smoking.
