Inlet Beach Retreat is a luxurious 3,000+ square foot beach home. With only a 100 yard walk straight on to the beach, this is the ideal family escape. Each bedroom has a private bath (even the bunk room) and brand new flat screen smart HDTVs. The three masters have king beds and their own private balconies with gulf views.

Inlet Beach Retreat is perfectly set up for 2-3 families. Not only does it have 2 complete kitchens with multiple living spaces, it also is fully stocked in both the upstairs kitchen and in the downstairs kitchen. Newly expanded driveway to accommodate 3-4 vehicles.

The home configuration is as follows:

1st floor - suite with murphy bed, full stainless kitchen, Queen pull out sofa, and 42in HDTV - perfect place for a small family or the teenagers. The suite opens up to the lanai complete with pool and spa. Also on the first floor is the game room with a ping pong and an air hockey table.

2nd floor - 2 master suites with king beds and ensuite baths and smart tv's. Both masters have private balconies and peak-a-boo views of the gulf. The bunk room is also on the second floor in between the 2 masters with another flat screen tv.

3rd floor - 5th bedroom is a king bed with ensuite bath and large private balcony with seating and gulf views. Living room with 65 inch smart HDTV, and Blue Ray DVD player, and large Italian leather sectional. The dining room seats 6-8 plus 4 bar stools. The main kitchen is a chef's dream with the Wolf gas oven, Subzero fridge, Cuisinart cookware, Keurig and regular coffee maker - really anything you could need or want! Not only this, but the living area opens up to a large balcony with beautiful views and the sound of the ocean.

The home even has an elevator for your convenience.

Perfect for 2 Families!
Our crew had to pivot quickly due to Hurricane Milton. We contacted the owner and she responded very quickly to all of our questions. This place couldn’t have been more perfect for 2 families with 6 kids ages 8-14. Kids loved ping pong, close beach access, biking to Rosemary, volleyball, swimming, and more. Close grocery stores so we cooked a lot, grilled fish from Goatfeather, and got pizza twice from Amici. Home had everything we needed for the beach which was awesome. Thank you and we will be back! Great House and Location!
This house was perfect for us. It is a great location with a short walk to the beach and also close to numerous restaurants. Easy for the kids to bike over to Rosemary and down 30a. Grandparents loved being able to take the elevator to the different floors in the house and especially up from pool and beach. We had 3 couples then three teen girls stayed in the downstairs and one teen boys in the bunk. We would stay here again for sure.

Had a great week! The house was in a great location and had everything you need. Having the heated pool was great for the cooler weather we had. Loved the ice maker! The owner was very quick to respond anytime I had a question and brought us new beach chairs when I said the ones there weren’t in great condition. Would definitely stay there again.

We were very please with accommodations, close proximity to the beach, and shopping. Kids had a great time. Pool was a plus and much needed with small ones. The large closets in 2 of the bedrooms made great rooms for babies pack on play. Would like to make a return trip, but maybe different time when the Temps are not so high.

Everything we needed and more
We spent the week with another family in this home. There was 4 adults and 5 kids under the age of 10. There was more than enough space and the property was nice. We could have even included another family. It is showing some wear from all the use, but it didn’t affect our experience. There is plenty of rooms and things to do to keep the kids busy in this property. The pool was very nice way to relax in the afternoon and the kids loved it. This house had it all and will be staying on our list of spots in Inlet Beach. You can’t go wrong with this area as it is still a hidden gem that hasn’t been completely overtaken by private beaches. It definitely brings back the Florida from years past before the laws changed and people started kicking you off the beach. Great place!

Beautiful, spacious beach home
The home is beautiful and has a nice sized living room with seating for larger groups. Lots of sleeping areas for everyone to spread out. Unlike a lot of beaches in the area, it is a flat entrance from the street without any steep flight of steps. This is great when hauling lots of beach gear, carrying young children or pushing strollers. A very short drive into Rosemary for restaurants but you avoid the overcrowded beach found at Seacrest. We loved it!

We all absolutely loved staying at this property! It’s very difficult to find a property that meets various family member needs and wants but this did the trick! Unfortunately, the description didn’t state the bunk room didn’t have a physical door (it only has a curtain) to the room. I never would have thought to ask if a room with beds didn’t have a physical door. This resulted in a change of plans of where family members slept and was sometimes problematic with a kid who didn’t always stay in the room during sleeping times. That said, we made it work, still loved the home/amenities/location & will know for the future so we can better plan accordingly.

Jenni was an amazing host, very responsive and cared about making our experience special! The location of the house could not have been better…such an easy walk back and forth to the beach. We absolutely loved having a private pool and hot tub…came in very handy while waiting out the summer rain storms! Great neighborhood with friendly renters nearby. Very close to Rosemary beach and everything 30A has to offer. I only wish the previous guests would have treated this property with the respect and courtesy it deserves. We noticed several items that had been subject to wear and tear and probably a busy summer season. Jenni - I hope you will have more properties in the area…I would rent from you over and over!! Thank you for a wonderful stay :-)

Fantastic experience!
Our group of 10 had a wonderful time! The pictures are accurate. Things we especially loved: -Each room having its own bath -Two full kitchens -Proximity to beach -Elevator -Location between Destin & Panama City -Pool might not be “full sized” but we really enjoyed built in places surrounding edges to sit & lounge in the water to visit and have a drink. -Tons of beach chairs, toys & wagon -Never heard neighbors except occasionally if we were both out in the pool. -Built in ice maker!!!! -Well equipped in kitchens & loads of towels for baths and pool/beach. -Rapid responses from owner. We had an awesome trip! It was really hot & we spent most or our time either at the beach or by the pool. Can’t say enough, it was awesome!

Gorgeous Inlet Beach
House was perfect for our family of 10! My younger unmarried daughter loved her king ensuite on the 3rd floor. My older daughter and her husband had the king ensuite overlooking the pool on 2nd floor with their 3 year old twins in the bunk room and my husband and I in the king ensuite overlooking the front of the home. The other 3 boys, 6, 7, and 14 took over the 1st floor and loved having their own apartment basically. :) The home was very clean and comfortable and the walk to the beach was very short. We could not have asked for anything more. Loved it!
