This cute 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit sleeps 5 guests comfortably and is perfect for a beach getaway. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed, a closet, and easy access to the bathroom. Down the hallway is a tucked away bunkbed perfect for the little ones. In the living room you have a sofa which also turns into a pull out bed, a lounge chair, a flat screen TV, a dining table, and access to your private balcony overlooking the sandy beach. The kitchen has all white appliances and will fill all your needs for cooking up a good meal. The balcony has seating to accommodate 4 guests and is a great place to watch the sunrise or sunset.

Emerald beach has some very unique amenities which include the Bar/Restaurant that is located in the cross over from our huge parking facility. We also have an elevated Gulf-front deck with two tropical pools overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, relaxing spas, a children's water play area, a poolside hot tub, a fitness center, a shuffleboard court, and a giant chessboard and a game room.

Our guests will enjoy views of the Gulf from their own private and furnished balcony, Our kitchen has all the cooking needs necessary to cook up your family favorites, but with all of our fantastic eateries let mom have a vacation too! Just 4 minutes away from the resort is Pier Park which is an outdoor plaza full of amazing restaurants and all different types of stores for shopping.

The only two things that I was not impressed with was the all in the kitchen. It was not stocked with all cooking essentials. For example there was only one pot but then no lid for it. There were to put lids but both were to small for the the pot provided. We managed but some other more essentials would have been nice. It also would have been nice to have some non glass dishes for my 5 year old to use. My o my other issue and my biggest… was that the dishes were ALL dirty! The first plate was fine but then all under that one were still very dirty. And the glasses all has lip stick in them. Really grosses me out. I ended up getting enough plates and cups for us and washing them and then just kept them out of the cabinets and rewashed and used the same ones. Other than those two things the place was great.. plenty of towels the beds were clean and comfortable and the ciew was fantastic!

Never Gets Old
Where do I begin?? We come every year sometimes twice. I love PCB more every time I come. We celebrated the 4th of July and the fireworks were spectacular. We also got to celebrate our daughter’s 17th birthday. We had sun and calm waters every day we were there. Always sad when we leave.

The property was fine I love how fast the elevator’s travel up and down perfect location step off the elevator and you’re right there. Right next to the trash chute which was also nice. The room was fine with us. We’re not real picky. But I will mention the room had a musky smell when you walk in you kinda get use to it. And the sliding door was extremely hard to open. It slid fine once you got it to move. Once I rented the property I got two calls and e-mails making sure I got all my information which was nice to know I had everything when I got there. Over all it’s not a new place so I would rate it a three and a half to a four. As far as my self I was satisfied.

Wonderful Vacation Property
Pros - 1. All appliances worked well: apparently new refrigerator/freezer, quietest dishwasher I've ever seen, washer/dryer without problems. Nowhere in the property description did it actually say there was a washer/dryer on premise. 2. Gorgeous view from the 15th floor. 3. Furniture was updated from the promo photos and very comfortable. 4. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, swimming pool, and walking on the beach, but a little too cold in February to go into the ocean. 5. The written suggestions of what to bring was appreciated and helpful. 6. I made daily use of the building's exercise facility and found it to be top quality. Cons - 1. Smelled musty, probably due to the carpet. Time to upgrade to solid flooring in livingroom? 2. The bathtub caulking leaked and soaked the bedroom closet floor, but the repair worker responded and fixed quickly. 3. Our unit was near the elevators and we heard loud elevator noises constantly from the bedroom whenever it ran. 4. Definitely needs a new toaster /oven, as this was too small and has seen better days. 5. During the day, we heard construction noises in the unit next door - not disruptive for the most part. 6. During our stay, the railing on the balcony was inspected and was found to be loose and in need of repair. We were restricted from going onto the deck until it could be fixed. Luckily, this happened the day before we were scheduled to leave and was not a problem. We were in no danger at any time. Overall, we had a great time. We wanted to have a daily view of the ocean and wonderful sunsets; we were not disappointed.

This place was not the worst condo I have stayed at but definitely was not the best. The dryer did not work the entire week. We got there on Monday, called on Tuesday they told us they would put us on the list for weds. Weds they never called or texted so we called again. They said they would come on Thursday to look at it and never did, we called again and left a message and never heard anything back. We had 5 people with us and they only gave us 4 towels. We asked if we could have another towel and they said we would have to contact this company, we called and never got anything the entire week. The ceiling in the living room had some type of dark stuff all over it that looked like mold. Also you had to get on three different elevators from the parking garage to your room so it was just a lot when you had a cart full of stuff. This rental company had the worst communication that I have ever experienced and deff won’t be back not be at a Four Star Condo unit.

The elevator situation was ridiculous! Our condo was not completely cleaned prior to our arrival, there was long hair everywhere. Could not keep our door open due to the people below us kept smoking door. Other than that, not a bad vacation.

Emerald Beach Resort February 2022
My stay at Emerald Beach resort was excellent. The month went way too fast. Location was great. Close restaurants, donut shops, and ice cream shops. I really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Even when the weather was cool , being out on the balcony was great. The property was all I wanted. Couldn't have asked for more. Would stay there again.

We had a mom getaway and chose this property. The location was PERFECT! Very convenient to anything you would want/need and the views from the balcony are amazing! There are 2 pools and an area to play games. You do have to walk quite a way from the parking garage to the unit but there are carts to help move luggage/bags or you can unload by the front door of the building and then go park. The trash chute is right across the hallway but we did not smell trash at all coming in/out. The elevators are also across the hall (pro and con since you can hear them all night long from the bedroom). Anything you may need for the beach is in the unit with the exception of beach towels. There were plenty of dishes, silverware, pots & pans, ECT in the kitchen. The only thing missing is an ice cream scooper. Now for the cons. The furniture is outdated and the ottoman is broken but it's still comfortable. The pads on the bar stools are also stained. The ice maker on the fridge does not work so bring ice if you need it (there is an ice machine in the garage where you can buy ice). The cleaners need to do a better job at cleaning as well. The bathroom was clean (thank goodness) but the kitchen floors weren't mopped (something sticky was spilled on the floor by fridge and dishwasher) and the unit was dusty (headboard in bedroom, light fixtures in bathroom, tv stand in living room, air vent in living room). We couldn't get the cable to work in the living room but it worked fine in the bedroom. If you're short like me, getting in/out of the tub is difficult since it's a tall tub. Not sure how to explain it but the edge is much higher than a normal tub. Lastly, and most importantly, the batteries in the smoke detectors need to be replaced. They went off twice during our stay for no reason. I called the phone numbers given through email and no one seemed to know how to get them replaced or who's job it was to replace them. Overall we had a great trip and were able to overlook a few things since it was a last minute trip. The unit isn't large but it's perfect for a small family! My family of 5 would be cramped in the unit but it'll be perfect again for our next momcation!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was just as described. The view was amazing. The location is hands down the best in PCB.
