I will start with the positives of the location of this condo in Tower 2 on the 4th floor, as it was the best location for beach & pool accessibility. However, the location did not overcome our issues with the cleanliness, maintenance & lack of responsiveness. The condo had not appeared to be cleaned, as there was food, sand and other items in the floor. One of the bedrooms had food and sand in the sheets, so all sheets had to be laundered the first night. There was hair in the bathroom drawers as well. The master tub would not drain & would retain 6-10 inches of water during shower. The ice maker did not work. These are the only items I reported, but there are other issues with the frame on the master bed, sinks not draining, lights out, sliding glass doors had so many finger / hand prints that you could not see out of them. The provided wi-fi network barely worked. I emailed twice, left a voice a mail & called back to finally reach a very polite young lady that apologized for our issue and assured maintenance would address them. Maintenance never came and we received no further contact. I find this to be unacceptable. My family has stayed in various condos at the Edgewater for the last 20 years & this was by far the worst experience with cleanliness and maintenance issues we have experienced.
