Great Stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. My husband and I decided to bring our kids along, and the bunk room was perfect! Our friends really enjoyed themselves, and the area is in the midst of everything!

Beautiful Property
Excellent property and location. We recommend entering through beach access 37 instead of 36 but so many places within walking and driving distance. Loved the comforts of being in a home instead of a condo and a private pool. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the best
This was by far the best vacation I had. The pictures of the house did not do the actual view any justice. The people are amazing, the view was amazing, the location to the beach and other stores and stuff was amazing. I have nothing at all bad to say about it.

Great deal vacation house
Only thing to note is the house is a duplex, with the top and bottom floor separated by stair cases outside. Inside of unit was very clean and lots of cooking supplies in kitchen.

Nice and convenient locaton
Everything was clean and beds were very comfortable. I do suggest bringing toilet paper or plan on buying some once you get there along with paper towels. Location was great just be aware that you can hear what is going on on the main road a night. We were there for bike week so we expected it and it didnt bother us

The house was just as GORGEOUS as the pictures. It had plenty of space for everyone to sleep. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach. Enjoyed our stay while there.

Great house layout. Home was clean and in easy walking distance to beach. Kitchen was well stocked with the exception of not having enough forks. The host was quick to respond to messages and we thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing stay in Panama
There was 18 of us all together and this house was big enough for us all. Spend quality time with each other or get off to yourself and enjoy some time alone. The pool is great and very relaxing.

FAMILY VACAY
We loved the location of this house. The house was very nice. The pool was great ! We would have liked a different outside grill, hangers in the bedrooms, the master suite mattress could have been better. Overall, our vacation was great!

We typically are on Maui this time of year but because of the fires we booked Panama City last minute. The location was perfect. It is a nice home that needs some care and attention. Communication is lacking timely response. As far as the area, it was as I remembered it and Shell Island is a must do if you are in the market to rent a pontoon boat.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a great stay in Panama City Beach, this house was a very nice place looks exactly like the photos and how it is advertised. It was very spacious for my family and I. We loved having the private pool to swim in especially for the kids. The house is not located on the beach, but that didn’t bother us at all, It’s just a short walk away.

Great spot, needs cleaned
This property is in a great location, easy walk to the beach and other spots. The house size was perfect and the layout was awesome. The pool was a good size and we utilized it daily. The downsides were that the furniture in the house was very dirty, the floors dirty upon arrival, the comforters need washed and were not being washed and there was a lack of necessities that we have had provided in previous stays. Some examples would be chairs, beach chairs/umbrellas etc. We could stay here again if the cleanliness improved.

It was a clean, beautiful home
The home was clean and beautiful. Only issue was listing stated 5 bedrooms, but one room with bunkbeds did not have a door or curtain for privacy. Only other issue, was we stayed here twice and the door code wasn't changed. He did say he would change it after I asked, but I just found it odd to not change it everytime. Otherwise that, it was nice and easy check-in/ out I would recommend renting this house.

We were grateful for a location not only so close to the beach, but within 10 min from the Sports Complex our son played football at. The home was nice and clean. Just needs some updating of rugs and furniture, which all seemed a little dingy in the living room. The walls were painted prior to our stay, but apparently the guy who painted did not know the correct color, which looked wet on arrival, but end up being a different color when it was dried. So the walls leading up the stairs were a little off, but otherwise everything was wonderful. Plenty of sleep space and linens for each room. One of the pull out couches needed replaced but the other one worked out well. There was a nice balcony to enjoy our morning coffee on and we had a decent view of the ocean from the home as well. The kids loved the heated pool and were grateful for the beach toys that were readily available. Thank You!
