Amazing beachfront condo
This condo was perfect for our family of five. The location is amazing, the view from the back porch is breath-taking, and every bed (including the sofa bed) was super comfortable. We will be back!

This place was great. It was small but perfect for our little family getaway! Loved how you could walk out on porch and you were at the beach. Place was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

We love this cute little beach condo! The location is perfect and it really does feel like our “home away from home”. We stay here every year for our beach vacation! Seriously the best little hidden gem along 30A!

Truly a home away from home
This was the perfect location for a week at the beach with my family and enjoy my five month old son’s first trip. We loved our accommodations and the proximity not only to the beach but also to some of our favorite restaurants like Black Bear Bakery and George’s.

Wonderful Beach Vacation
This was our first time vacationing in Seacrest (30A), and I will definitely recommend this area and condo again. We will always prefer the private beach as it is less crowded than other surrounding public beaches. It was perfect for our family of 4 (two children ages 5 and 2).

Amazing stay on 30A
My family and I had an amazing time at this property. You walk out the back door, down the steps, and right onto the sand. Plenty of room for our family of four. Great location-close to everything in 30A.

Great Place with Great Location
Great location to beach front. Bed, linens, furniture, AC, appliances were extremely clean and well maintained. This condominium made our trip memorable. This was our first home rental vacation so we were nervous, but ended up extremely happy with this place. We definitely recommend this home for your vacation.

Excellent location and even better view!! Easy access to the beach and the kiddos loved the bunk beds. Only had a few rainy days but Loved sitting out on the back patio without compromising the ocean view. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed here numerous times. New furniture this trip! The place looks really nice. Air conditioning was perfect, bed was comfortable as usual, price is more reasonable than other units we checked at Seamist. We really like the covered porch for storing paddle boards and bikes. My husband couldnt go so my best friend went with me and it was perfect. Being able to look out and see the beach and gulf was great. The condo was as described. The ease of the whole process of reserving, checking in and out was. The owners were quick to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend this and would stay here again.

Awesome location!! Beautiful private beach. Breathtaking views. Literally just steps from the beach. Only complaint is condo wasn’t what I would call clean however not a dealbreaker. I would most definitely recommend this property based on location & owner is very responsive & pleasant. We’ll be coming back soon.

Very nice condo on the beach!
This condo was perfect for our few night stay in the 30A area. It was a short drive to Alys, Rosemary and Seaside, One of the favorite things about this property is it being directly on the beach- which was absolutely gorgeous. The only thing that I didn't love was the sliding glass door doesn't "lock", they just have a piece of wood you put in the track so that no one can open it. We would definitely stay here again and recommend for a couple's trip!

Beautiful condo and location!!
We really enjoyed our stay at this super cute condo!! The location was absolutely stunning! The location of the condos A++! A perfect spot inbw Seaside and Rosemary. We dined in Seaside one night and Rosemary the other night. I can’t get over how perfect this view is from the back patio! Definitely would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation! It was stunning!! Thank you for a great stay!!

A few things to tighten up to make a 5 star rating 1) floor cleanliness - some bug parts -dead roaches 2) slider door has gap - problematic when hot 3) soap and TP a little sparse for 2 4) bed really comfortable but squeaky 5) living room furniture dated and not real comfortable 6) toaster oven needs replaced with better toaster Shower/bath great - fridge outstanding Loved the deck to sit and enjoy afternoon sun when too windy/ chilly on beach Nothing really that bad! Loved it while we were there

Beachfront Beauty
My husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary in Seacrest at the Maynards' Seacrest condo and had an amazing experience. We loved the ground floor walkout to the private beach, and being in a smaller community setting away from the congestion of PCB. The condo provided all the necessary amenities and our stay was comfortable and peaceful. I'm looking forward to returning to the Seamist condos for another peaceful retreat.
