This beautifully decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo plus a bunk is located on the 10th floor in the highly sought after east end of Panama City Beach at Boardwalk Beach Resort. It is within walking distance to Newby's, Longboard's, Hammerhead Fred's, Guadalajara, PCB Winery, Wendy's, Deja Brew, Bricks & Barley, and Emerald Falls, and is approximately one mile from Coconut Creek Mini Golf & Maze, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Wonderworks, Race City, Signal Hill Golf Course and more! Boardwalk Beach Resort offers guests a large resort style zero entry swimming pool (heated in the winter), two hot tubs, kiddie pool/play area, tiki bar and corner market, both open seasonally.

This unit has been recently updated and offers almost 800 square feet of beachfront living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico, a large flat screen television, electric shades and access to the unit's private balcony. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and flat screen television, and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is also a bonus bunk nook, twin over twin, perfect for families traveling with children and a pull-out sofa in the living room, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 6. The unit also has a washing machine and dryer.

- Wristbands must be worn in pool area. We provide 6 in the unit.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

Fun family get away

My wife and I had a very nice stay. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The balcony views were gorgeous. All the decor was up to date and looked great. 5 elevators so there was very little waiting on the next one. The resort staff was friendly and helpful. I really don't have any negatives at all.

A great stay at Boardwalk Beach Resort VRBO
We reserved this unit through VRBO, for 6 weeks in January and February 2024. The unit was clean, well stocked, and met our expectations based on the description and pictures. We enjoyed the local parks, recreation, and restaurants. The 24 guard made check in a breeze and the building manager gave us some tips on building activities. We would recommend this unit and owner to anyone else looking for an enjoyable stay in Panama City Beach!

Great Condo/Resort
The room was just as described as in the pictures. Room is in very good condition. We had no issues throughout our entire stay. Highly recommend this room. Our communication with the host was perfect and in timely manner when a question was asked. The room is right next to the elevators which made it super easy to access. Also has a very good view of the gulf. Definitely a 10/10 on the room and resort.

Very clean and matched the photos. Close access to the elevator and garbage chute. The view is perfect of the ocean. The sliding door to the balcony is rough to slide open, which was great for us because we had a 3 year old that would want to go in and out! We would stay here again. Thank you

Property management is very responsive and check in/out was easy. LOTS of elevators so no waiting.
