A Good Place to Stay
The unit was outdated but well maintained. It would have been nice to have the bedroom situated where you could wake up looking at the gulf, but other than that and the tiny shower curtain, there is not much I would change.

Relaxing Fun Christmas Vacation
This was the PERFECT getaway. The condo was beautiful, accommodating, efficient and relaxing. We had everything we needed and more. We couldn't ask for anything more perfect. The balcony was spacious and great for sunsets. It was a second honeymoon after 18 tears of marriage. We plan on returnin for Christmas 2023. Thanks so much.

Panama City Beach Stay in Commmodore 510
Overall a very pleasant week in Commodore 510. Minor difficulties were resolved very quickly with the exception of Heat / AC issue. The trip was in mid October which means weather can change every day. The week started off warm using the air conditioning. Worked great. However, half way through the week the temperatures dropped to a need of some heat in the early morning hours. The electronic thermostat would not allow us to change from heat to air or back without an access code which apparently no one knew. Contacted I-Trip first with a response they would have the property manager call us. Several hours later the property manager called and stated she would respond if needed. Miraculously, the unit switched from air to heat on its own. This was the case for the last three days of our stay. I finally decided the thermostat must be pre-programmed, but not what we wanted or needed. The access code should be provided to allow the occupant to make the decision about comfort level inside the condo. Besides being dated, the condo is nice and met our needs. If. remodel is considered, think about opening up the small side and making a 2 or three bedroom unit. Also thanks for making this a pet free unit!

Couldn't get in room. Had get in touch with handler. Took awhile. The condo was clean except for bathroom had long hair in shower. No iron or hair dryer. Only one tv.. Close to beach. The guy putting out the chairs and umbrella was really great.(Joshua). Not far from eating out. Would stay again but not in that room. I realize the room was just for adults. But one tv. When husband just wants to watch sports. The room was big enough to have a king bed.

Great location, great service, and a great stay!
The property was very clean and quiet. The condo was very comfortable with a great view. We had no issues at all with the service or the condo. We have been visiting PCB for 12 years. This is a great location - away from the hustle of the more crowded area but close to the restaurants we love to visit. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Amber is a great contact! I didn't want to come home! We will be back.

Clean and affordable for on the beach
Overall, a good place right on the beach. The unit is outdated but very clean. The only thing we found distracting was that there is a little beach pub right behind the unit that has live music until around 10 pm. With the bedroom being on the street side of the condo, you will not go to bed before 10 with the music playing. The bed is a queen and I agree with a previous review that there is plenty of room for a king and it should be upgraded. Should also be moved to the sitting room area if the plan is to charge more per week for renting it. :) The sitting room is okay, but the cable is poor quality (not that you'll spend a lot of time watching tv with the gulf view). It would be so much nicer as a bedroom though! However, the unit, again, is very clean with nice oak flooring and the kitchen is well-equipped. We did have an issue with someone smoking on the balcony below us, but it was quickly handled by the agency and we had no further problems. Overall, a good unit within walking distance of the state park.

Getaway
Advertised as romantic getaway. If bedroom had been on ocean side instead of road side would have been more romantic. Pub in front of property plays live music until 10 or 11 pm and you can hear it in the bedroom every night. Condo was supplied with plenty of cookware and was nicely decorated. Would stay at this property again, maybe on other end would be preferable.

We loved our stay! The rooms were spacious and so pretty. Our sliding glass door would not lock, but 5 floors up, we did not worry too much. Nothing a broomstick didn’t fix. We had a great vacation and will rent again!!

5th floor Condo with awesome view
We loved the condo! The view was awesome! The balcony was our favorite spot! We would definitely go back. Only thing I would suggest is to put a fan in the bedroom. It got really stuffy in our room but we just took a trip to Walmart and bought one, no big deal!
