Emerald Isle Beach Resort offers great amenities for your relaxation & enjoyment. On the west end of the beach in a less crowded area easy access to all local attraction in our condo directly on the beach. Close to the City Fishing Pier & Pier Park Mall outdoor lifestyle center with concerts, festivals, shopping, restaurants, nightclubs, family oriented entertainment, parades, fireworks and other activities that are great for adults and children alike.

Free Wi-Fi Internet is provided by the resort included at no extra charge.

Large 8th floor 2 BR 2 bath 1146 Sq. Ft. unit. Huge 247 Sq. Ft. ocean front balcony. Master BR King Bed with balcony access En-suite bathroom, 2 Queen Beds in 2nd Bedroom with attached bathroom along with a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Kitchen, dining, and living areas are ceramic tile. Furnishings are beautiful and tastefully decorated. Living room and bedrooms have Flat Screen TVs..

A Gulf-front indoor/outdoor heated pool, an outdoor pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and Gulf-front exercise room along with BBQ grills for you cooking enjoyment.

This is a 'NO SMOKING' unit and resort.

Emerald Isle Charges a Resort Registration fee of $40 (per condo per visit up to 7 days) to issue 1 parking pass and up to 6 armbands. Additional Parking Passes are $40 each and additional armbands are $1.50 each. This fee is charged to all guests checking in and is not in any way affiliated with us. Monthly renters must renew parking passes each month.

- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:

Peaceful Girls Trip
The condo was clean, and spacious. Loved the big balcony, and the direct beach view. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it the perfect place for our girls trip. The condo had everything that we needed to make our week there comfortable. The included beach chairs and umbrella were nice. And we loved that it was not on the busy end of PCB. Were looking forward to staying there again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been having a week in PCB for a few years this location has been our favorite so far. The location is great not too busy but still within walking distance to the stores, food or bars. The condo was clean well furnished. I suppose some people would say it is dated we thought it was a home from home. We didn’t feel the need to walk on eggs shells. The balcony is very roomy lots of option to sit in sun or shade.

Beautifull Balcony View!
We had a wonderful time here for our anniversary getaway. Quiet area yet still within close driving distance to area attractions. Wonderful restaurant across from condo if you would like to order take out and eat on the beach or balcony. When you walk out on the ground floor you are just steps away from the sand. Our favorite part was the gorgeous view of the ocean from the condo and balcony. .

This condo is like the others for Emerald Isle. They are always clean, great location for families not wanting the party life and the beach views are spectacular. You can not go wrong with any condo listed at this place. This is our 3rd visit and we haven't bothered to look at any other place!

Wonderful and clean condo
Very convenient location and easy easy beach access. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Condo was very clean and relatively well appointed. The beach chairs were very handy. Pools and hot tub looked great too but we didn’t use them. Easy drive to many restaurants and shopping or a walk if you are feeling active. Also check out gulf world if you’re into marine life.
