Double Paradise Right on the Most Beautiful Beaches!

Double Paradise is a spacious upper duplex unit located right on The Word's Most Beautiful Beaches! It has 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, and beautiful large loft. Two master bedrooms, one overlooking the beach, have kingsize beds, both master suites have their own bathrooms. Three bedrooms with bathrooms hold 2 full size beds each. 1 queen and 1queen sleep sofa are located in the loft, which has a half-bath. 1 queen sleep sofa is located in the living room. All beds and sleep sofas accommodate up to 20-22 guests. The unit has a large living room, dining room, and kitchen with large counter space and bar stools. A large deck overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Mexico!

Great place for large families
We absolutely loved our stay and the quiet area this home is located. Everything was wonderful and Kay was very easy to contact and got back to us right away. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Great Location
Location of the home is perfect for our family! Beach is not crowded and access to the pool next door is awesome. This was our 2nd stay in the upstairs.

The house is very spacious and the location is awesome! The house could use some updating in certain areas but it has the basics needed for a wonderful stay and it was clean. Kay is amazing and available to assist if needed and very friendly!

Family getaway
We absolutely enjoyed our stay. I loved that it was at the end of PCB and there was very little road and beach traffic. Over all I'm not a fan of PCB but the location made this trip fantastic. I thought by the pictures this place may have been a little dated but not at all! The house was very spacious and comfortable. The upstairs bedroom was hot according to my sister but overall very nice. Would 100% stay again.

Everything was amazing except the beds. The beds are old and very uncomfortable but everything else met our expectations. The location is very good with beach access. Not crowded like public access beach. My family and I had a very great time at our vacations.

The house was exactly what the posting was. Kay met us at the property to give us a run down with parking and amenities. The space in the house was ample for all 17 of us. The location was perfect with a very short walk to the ocean. We had an amazing time! Thank you Kay for being a great host!

Great Family Reunion
We had an enjoyable family re-union with 10 adults and 9 children. It was spacious. The weather was terrible but the location and view made up for it. Kay was always very helpful and kind.

Great location!
The breeze off the ocean made the deck a comfortable space to hang out. The view was amazing. The beach wasn't very crowded. We had a party of 14. Some items are in need of upgrade/repair but everything was manageable. Kay was kind and helpful!

Very spacious and on the beach at a good price
Our family of 17 , ages 3 to 76 thoroughly our stay--- enough to book it again next year. It has a large deck that could hold the whole family, a large living area and dinning area and parking for 5 vans and suvs. The owner was very accommodating. The only downside was the internet access which was very slow and the interior was a bit dated, but clean. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Swimming pool was a plus.

The location was very nice. The unit was very spacious. There were minimal amenities included which was a bit of a inconvenience. The cleanliness of the property was not very good.

Excellent location and view
The property was in a very nice part of the beach as it was not crowded and away from the Panama City Beach crowds. Communication was very smooth but the house did need some TLC as the interior walls were in the process of being repaired from previous guests. The outside gas grills were also not usable due to their rusty and poor condition. All in all, still a nice unit with plenty of room for a large family and we will look to book again if we return to the area.

Great for a group with children
The beach is not overcrowded here like in PCB. The house has lots of space and not so much of unnecessary decor (vases, lamps, glass, art, etc.,) that can be broken by children! Kitchen was not well stocked, and existing dishes are old. Definitely need a new blander. There is a 2 full refrigerators! Overall a great experience staying here and would definitely consider staying here again!

Perfect Location
The location of this property was perfect for our group. Just a few miles from the crowded areas and shops. The beach was beautiful and we had plenty of room to spread out. Kay was wonderful to work with. She communicates very well and made great recommendations for things we wanted to do. This is not the most updated property, but for the location it was perfect. TVs and WiFi worked with no issues. All appliances worked with no issues. We had plenty of space for 17 of us (sleeps 22)...we could have easily added more people.

Beach Life
This is the second time we have rented from Kay- first time we rented the lower unit and this time we rented the top unit as we had a larger group. Kay is wonderful to work with and very responsive if you need something. The view of the beach and water from the deck is wonderful to see the sunrise and sunset. We also saw dolphins several times. There was plenty of room for our large group. Being right on the beach is great and access to the pool right next door is a wonderful option to do more swimming.

Mold in upstairs, a lot of the patio chairs are cracked, store has clothespin for knob, living room loveseat broke down on one side. No cleaning stuff at all, not even a mop. It was big enough for our large family and the beach and pool were great but could use some basic updates and repairs

Needs updated. Big roach found in a bathroom. Having enough space was good. Did not know the pool was public or open to other tenant’s of properties across the street. Not supplied well and very unorganized kitchen. Not happy with the cleanliness.
