Upon entering this air-conditioned beach abode, you will encounter a welcoming open floor plan. Spend tranquil days lounging in the living area or enjoying the breeze and gorgeous views on the covered deck. The deck also boasts an outdoor dining area so you can revel in delicious alfresco meals. Speaking of meals, this retreat offers a well-appointed open kitchen complete with all the essentials, including an air fryer and a dishwasher. A designated laundry room with a washer/dryer will make your stay even more convenient. Both bedrooms are located on the upper level, with the main suite offering an en suite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the beach. Additional perks include two adult bikes for your use.

Needs major cleaning and updates
Property is located on beautiful beach! However, the carpets looked and felt dirty. There was no auto icemaker and no ice trays- we froze our own ice. Outlets in bathrooms did not work. We texted the leasing agent and received AI generated responses. Someone came out three days later to fix and entered property without permission- we had requested earlier that we be there. Very troubling. There’s a lot of potential here because of the location but the property is tired and really needs work.
