The living area features a cozy sofa set that converts into a queen bed, offering extra sleeping space. An arcade game ensures fun for all ages, while the spacious dining area seats 12. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee maker, blender, and toaster, caters to all your culinary needs. A washer and dryer add to the convenience of your stay.

The primary bedroom is designed for comfort with a luxurious King-size bed and a twin/single bed, perfect for accommodating up to three guests. It includes a smart TV for your entertainment and a private bathroom featuring double vanities. The second bedroom is equipped with a cozy Queen-size bed and a TV, ensuring a relaxing stay. The third bedroom also offers a Queen-size bed, providing ample sleeping space. The second bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway to the left of the entryway, directly across from the kitchen.

Outside, the covered front porch with four chairs and a ceiling fan offers a great spot to unwind. The backyard features a pergola with additional seating and a private, fenced area ideal for kids. Guests are welcome to bring their own golf carts, and a charcoal grill is available for outdoor cooking.

Beach Access
Sunset By The Sea: From home, walk south towards the beach. On the right side of Sterling Beach condos there is a public parking lot with free parking. Take the walkway to the beach. This is the path to beach access 12A. Barracuda and Outlaws Barbecue can be reached on foot for food, drinks, and live music. There also is a protected crosswalk on Holiday which is great for families.

Beachside Sunrise: From home, walk south towards the beach. You can choose from beach access 1, 2 or 3, or the ramp to the right of Treasure Island. There's a secret shortcut on the west side of Shore Shack. Newby's, Shore Shack Pizza, Thomas Drive Waffle and Patches can be walked to for food, drinks, coffee and live music. There's lots of free public parking near Newby's.

Tropic Like It's Hot: From home, walk south towards the beach. Rick Seltzer Park has public bathrooms, showers, changing rooms and lots of free public parking. Finn's Island Style Grub, Liza's Kitchen, Mr Surf's Surf Shop can be walked to for food, drinks, coffee and live music.

Panama City Beach
You’re less than 10 minutes from Pier Park, with lots of shopping, dining, and entertainment options and 10 minutes to Inlet Beach and Rosemary Beach. You get to experience everything Scenic 30A has to offer for a fraction of the cost of staying in Rosemary, WaterColor or Seaside. An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
