Celadon 15th private parking + Beach Chair Service!

Enjoy Celadon 1502 - our "Seahorse Condo" that offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a bunk room with a double bed, a private balcony, private under the building parking spot, and much more.
This is the perfect condo on Panama City Beach's much quieter west end, featuring fantastic views from the balcony. It is right on the beach and features a private owners parking spot (accommodating normal size vehicles only) under the building and close to the elevator.

BONUS: we include reserved beach chair service free with your reservation (March 1 - Oct 31) plus we include beach towels and additional beach chairs for your use.

Inside this newly renovated condo, you'll find upgraded bedding and living room furniture, flat screen TV's, plus all new stainless steel appliances.

Celadon 1502 features three sleeping areas: a master Bedroom with king-sized bed, a second bedroom with a king bed, and a bunk room with a full size bed. We also have a sleeper sofa. With two full bathrooms, this condo comfortably sleeps 8 people.

Other amenities include flat screen TVs in the bedrooms, a spacious private balcony, and majestic views of the Gulf and beach from the 15th floor.

Celadon features free WIFI and HBO, an outdoor grill, an outdoor hot tub, an indoor/outdoor Pool for those who want a bit of shade during the hot summer days, and a tennis court. Our condo also offers easy access with keyless entry and no check-in process. You'll go right to the condo to start your vacation!

Please note that a Celadon Parking Permit is required and is a $45 flat fee per vehicle per stay that you pay to the resort (not included in your rent/fees). This is a ONE TIME FEE per stay, not daily.

Celadon Resort is on the quiet, family friendly beaches of West Panama City Beach yet it's just 2 miles west of Pier Park and many restaurants.

Nearby Pier Park is a 900,000 sq ft open air shopping complex with a Grand 16 Movie Theater, Walmart, Target, Belk, Marshalls, Dillards, Old Navy and Ron Jon's Surf Shop. It also features restaurants like Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, 5 Guys, The Back Porch Seafood and Oyster Bar, and many more. It really is a fantastic development and Panama City Beach's hotspot for activities when not on the beach.

Other local attractions include Frank Brown Park and many local amusement parks. It's also near the new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (the new Panama City Airport). And of course, our beaches on Florida's Emerald Coast are absolutely incredible. The emerald green water and sugar white sands are amazing!

Breathtaking view
Wonderful experience. The view alone is worth the stay. Just happened to be there during the air show and watching the jets from the balcony was awesome. Accommodations were clean and lots of towels. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The unit and the entire complex was very well maintained. Being able to have the pools heated was great since it was a little chilly while we were there. The location to the beach was perfect. It was also so nice not to have to drag all of our gear to the beach and just use the chair/umbrella set ups. Wonderful stay and we hope to come back again!

Wonderful vacation
My mother, my husband and i stayed at Celadon 1502 and loved every minute of it. The condo is clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony veiw was lovely and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The owner was so very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

I would love to stay again
Very nice room love the view, easy to book, everything was supplied as far as dishes and chairs and towels. We really only had to get our food. The beds were very comfortable. Everyone was nice. We would book there again when we come back.

The condo was equipped with anything and everything you need for your stay. The unit was clean, we liked that it came with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is beautiful and updated, the laundry room had a bunch of stuff you could take down to the beach. The seahorse theme very cute but not overdone. Overall we loved the unit and wished we stayed longer.

We had an emergency a few hours after being there with one of ours having to be hospitalized for 2 days so we had to stay an extra night and the owner was right on it when i messaged her. Definitely will be rebooking here

Perfect Getaway Highly Recommend
Communication was thorough and helpful. The Resort was amazing from location to amenities. Walk right to beach, pools clean, 15th FL condo overlooking the Gulf waters was beautiful(recently remodeled), parking convenient. Close to Pier Park. We walked daily up and down beach and Front Beach Rd.. Weather was somewhat warm and cool end of Feb. We'll be back for sure.

Great family stay!
The property was exactly as listed and more. My kids were excited to find the space just for them with their own television so they could escape in the evenings to play. We always over pack but in case you forget sand toys, a beach bag, or beach towels, don’t worry because the room has those too! We enjoyed our stay and the only issue we had was the door code but the owner was quick to remedy that!

Owner was great to work with. Condo was easy to find. Parking was very convenient. From the moment we opened the front door we were in love with the condo. Decor was exceptional, the view was fabulous...The only thing lacking was sunshine. Would recommend this condo and owner and definitely visit again.

Everything was exactly as listed! The 4 beach service chairs were a great addition! Usually if beach service is provided, there are only 2 chairs. When traveling with a family, the 4 made a huge difference! We loved being a little ways from Pier Park and all the traffic. Brenda was great at communicating all the information you needed before check in. We will definitely be staying here again!

First vacation with grown children
The property was perfect. Rooms size good. Two pools had something different to offer. Parking under bldg and the two beach chairs definitely a plus. Location away from the crowds and still close to all the restaurants we love and some new ones we discovered. I will say your cleaning people could have done a better job. Floors were swept but dirty. The bathroom rug had yellow stains on it and we could have used more towels with 5 adults in the condo. Had to wash after 3 days.
