If you are looking for a perfect location near the beach (a short 5 min walk) and a view of the canal from your top and bottom patio, search no further. Park directly in front of your door with this ground level entry town home, this unit has a reserved parking space (2 spaces only). No waiting on elevators or crowds. This gated resort community offers amenities that your family will enjoy: 11 swimming pools (5 heated seasonally), tennis courts, 18-hole mini golf, shuffleboard and a Beach House Restaurant with a pool directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This: 2 Bedroom, 2 1/2-bathroom town home sleeps 6 with the master suite offering a King Bed, private bath & TV. Bedroom 2 offers a full bed & twin over full bunk bed & TV. The main level of the unit offers an open kitchen/living room and dining room with half bath. Kitchen is well stocked, making meal prep a breeze. This unit walks out onto a screened in back patio, with seating & a view of the canal. There is plenty of seating in the living room making it cozy after a long beach day. Activities are just out your front door with tennis courts, swimming pools and a shuffleboard court. Take a short walk, across the street, to reach the sunny sands of Panama City Beach. If you want to take a break from cooking, Panama City Beach has numerous casual eateries as well as fine dining options. When you get the urge to explore, Pier Park is just 3-4 miles away with over a million square feet of open-air shopping, restaurants and attractions. Miracle Mile Amusement area is right next to Pier Park. If golf is your game, enjoy both the Hombre Golf Club and Holiday Golf Course, both being within a couple minutes of the town home.
A vacationer's paradise, this resort walks thru to Rock It Lanes which offers a bowling alley, roller skating rink and arcade or enjoy Shipwreck Island Water Park which is a few short blocks away. Frank Brown Park is nearby and offers over 200 acres of outdoor recreation with 9 softball and baseball fields.
Whatever your vacation needs may be, this little piece of paradise allows you to kick back and unwind. Historic St. Andrews Bay is a short drive away that features the charm of 'old Florida' enjoy shopping and lunch overlooking the marina and bay. Take a drive to the west on scenic 30A to enjoy the quaint village of Seaside that features shopping and dining.
Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this condo. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.
No more than 2 vehicles are allowed. The resort has 2 designated parking spaces for each unit. We do not allow overflow parking. More than 2 vehicles the resort will tow, and you possibly could be evicted with no refund. No exceptions to this rule.
This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.
No outside golf carts or scooters are allowed within the resort.
This property is dog friendly. All dogs must be 25 pounds or less. This unit allows 1 dog under 25 pounds. No cats or puppies absolutely no exceptions. Once the booking is confirmed a $150.00 nonrefundable pet fee will be added to your reservation. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or any of our beds. All dogs must be picked up after. If the dog is left inside of the home alone the dog must be crated. If an emergency or maintenance issue were to arise our team needs to be able to access the home safely. Absolutely no exceptions. Failure to abide by these rules will result in additional charges.
No smoking if any signs of smoking are documented, the renter will be charged a $300.00 fine. Smoking outside is fine as long as the cigarettes are disposed of properly.
Check In Time is 4pm check out time is 10AM if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour charge.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. If we are notified by security of guests be disturbing to others, you could be evicted with no refund.
Renter agrees to report issues with the unit to management by midnight, the day of check in.
No unregistered guests are allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests. We count heartbeats and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. No more than 6 heartbeats allowed in this unit.
If you stain towels or linens, you will be charged replacement of each piece. If any linen is stained, it must be removed from our inventory & must be replaced.
Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.
Please note we only provide a starter pack of amenities to get guests through their first night. We do not provide amenities for the guest's entire stay.
Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.
