The Neighborhood:
Take the free shuttle down to the beach (in season) and spend your days in the sand. Soak up the sun while you wade in the warm, salty water of the Gulf of Mexico. When you are not at the beach, enjoy going for a swim in the two community pools (wade pool for the kids or reading a book) heated pool and large hot tub. Village of South Walton is within walking distance of many fantastic restaurants and exciting shopping boutiques. Spend the afternoon shopping on Scenic 30A before dining on deliciously fresh seafood at one of the many incredible restaurants lining the beach.There are also 2 grills located at the pool if you decide on a relaxing meal onsite!

Getting Around:
Within walking distance, the town center of Seacrest and the town of Rosemary offers many excellent restaurant and shopping options. From fine dining to a casual meal, there is something for everyone! A short bike ride away, Alys Beach also offers superb dining and shopping to enjoy.

Comfy Stay in a Great Location
Loved that this roomy unit was a very short walk to Rosemary Beach restaurants and shops. Pool was nice and private and easy walk to beach access. Good breakfast choices right downstairs.

Great location
This property was centrally located to all of the places we wanted to see. Easy walk to Rosemary Beach for shopping. Great restaurants within walking distance. We loved having the live music in the courtyard each night and the Starbucks in the same building was a plus!

Great stay!
We had a great visit! This was our first time staying in this unit and great for just a couple not staying too long! Location can’t be beat. It was also nice to have a “full size” fridge compared to many of the similar one bed units did not have that. Communication was easy and Monica was quick to respond. We especially loved having multiple fans!

First family vacation
Very clean, easy access, pool was great for our 5 month old, trolley rides were a life saver to the beach, and the property was within walking distance to all restaurants and shopping.

Perfect stay
The place has everything you need for a stay around here. The bed was comfortable and great to sleep in. The restaurants downstairs are great and a walk to the downtown or beach are very quick and easy. Highly recommend!

My wife and I wanted a quick weekend get away without our 4 kids and this was a perfect stay! Host made everything simple! Location was perfect walking distance from Rosemary Beach town center and easy walk to the beach. We had a great 2 nights stay and would do it again if we get the chance!

Exactly how it looks!
We loved it! Monica was very helpful and always available if we needed her. It is walkable distance to everything you need, and the parking was also very convenient (directly behind where you need to be) there was no hassle there. We will definitely stay again, 10/10!

This vrbo was exactly as pictured! Plenty of towels, there is a cooler for you to use at the beach, a nice table and couch. The bed is huge and comfortable. The location is very central and makes everything walkable. I would highly recommend Monica’s place!

We loved this property! It was so nice being right there with all the restaurants and shops. The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors tv one night and we could hear the group above us but that won’t keep us from staying here again. It was the perfect place for me and my husband!

Wonderful property & Location!
The unit is decorated beautifully, and the bed is very comfortable. Great location, convenient to restaurants and the beach. I must give a shout-out to Monica because she was fantastic to work with! She's so sweet, very responsive, and made us feel as if she would address any problem we had, but of course, we had no problems at all! Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Secrest Studio
Perfect sized studio for a small family! Great location - steps away from Rosemary Beach and minutes away from Alys Beach and Seaside. Loved the options of restaurants and shopping. Complimentary shuttle to and from beach entrance makes it very convenient! Communication with the owner was very accessible! Would stay here again And recommend to family and friends!
