Located in Seacrest Beach, right off of Scenic Highway 30A, you’ll be in the perfect location to enjoy all the area has to offer. Get ready to settle in for a luxurious and comfortable stay on 30A!

Beauty and the Beach is an extraordinary vacation home with five bedrooms and six baths, accommodating up to 16. No detail is spared in this spacious, beautifully decorated home with a wealth of nooks and spaces for cozy conversation and private reflection. The pristine interior of white and sandy hues, lofty ceilings, and free-flowing spaces enhance the over 4,000 s.f. of interior space, just coaxing you in to come, relax, and stay for a while.

First-floor features include an open-concept living/dining area with comfortable and plentiful seating scattered throughout. Settle in on cozy furnishings in front of a gas fireplace and catch a game or movie on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Marble countertops, premium stainless steel appliances, and abundant cabinet space are just a few features that make the chef’s kitchen notable. The expansive breakfast bar provides seating for four while the dining table comfortably seats eight. Open, airy, bright, and cheerful, the area draws you in, providing a lovely gathering spot before everyone departs on their daily adventures. This floor also houses a guest room with a king bed and a gorgeous bathroom with a shower and dual sinks.

Two guest rooms with queen beds, large mounted flat-screen TVs, and private bathrooms await on the second floor. Another bedroom features twin-over-twin bunk beds and full-over-full bunk beds, under-bed storage drawers, and mounted flat-screen TVs in each bunk!. The impressive master suite does not disappoint, with vaulted ceilings, wood beams, and natural finishes, inviting you in at day’s end. Indulge in the king-sized tufted bed, large mounted TV, and en suite bathroom complete with a large shower, modern soaking tub, and dual sinks. A wet bar, sitting area, mounted TV, and shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo are additional complements to this level.

The third floor is perfect for entertaining, with a private theater room for all to enjoy! An expansive balcony with a large sectional sofa and outdoor kitchen/dining area showcases incredible views, ideal for catching gorgeous Florida sunsets.

Conveniently located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach and just a quarter of a mile to the beach, you’ll be in the perfect location for exploring the area by foot or on bikes. With exclusive access to Seacrest Beach amenities, including Seacrest beach access and use of the Seacrest pool, the largest on 30A at 12,000 sq. ft. , you’ll find plenty to do nearby.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited and guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Great stay, Beautiful House
I have been coming to seacrest for a few years and loved the location of this house. It was easy to bike or walk to all the local restaurants and beaches. The area has such a small town feel that I love. The house had everything we needed and was beautifully designed and decorated. The beds were really comfortable and we felt like we had enough room to spread out. We had a 7 person group and were able to sleep everyone in their own bed. The upstairs balcony was beautiful for a morning coffee and chatting with friends. We loved our stay and would definitely return!

Definitely a Must Visit!
This house is simply amazing and checks all the boxes. I loved the fact there was a bathroom for every room, and even 2 additional half baths. Location was perfect with the giant pool only 100 yards away, and a short walk to everything. So many times 4 and 5 bedroom homes are around 2500 square feet, but with 4,000 square feet this house has plenty of space for everyone. And the rooftoop area is a must for sunsets and gatherings.

Summer Trip
We took an impromptu trip to the beach and found this spacious home. It was perfect for our large group. The location was close to the pool and beach, so there was no need to wait for the tram because it was just a short walk. Upon arrival, the cleaners were running behind and finished right at check-in time at 4:00. The bath mats were left soaking wet, so we had to put them in the dryer. My only complaint is that the laundry room is small and located on the second floor. We did have a bathroom that was not draining, but the property management company got someone out quickly and handled the issue professionally.

Perfect house!
This house is probably our favorite from all our 30A trips! Normally we're in Seaside/Watercolor but wanted to try the less crowded Seacrest/Rosemary area this time. We loed it! The house is a perfect location to walk/bike to the shops and restaurants. We loved biking to Peddler's pavilion every night for ice cream, and biking around Alys and Rosemary. The house is practically on 30A so beach is quick walk across the street. And it's so close to the Seacrest pool as well. Decor is beautiful, kitchen was fully stocked, layout is family friendly, and the beds are SO comfortable. Service from ScenicStays was excellent. We had to book this house 2 days before arrival due to a water leak at another house we rented, and a woman called me back immediately after hours to help us get everything sorted - she was so helpful. Literally zero complaints about the house and the service. We'll definitely be renting this house again! Miss it already.

Perfect place for to relax and enjoy Seacrest/RoseMary
Great location, walking distance to everything as we did not use the tram at all in our stay. House is super nice, really well kept and with lots of things to do when not outside. Grill space in the third floor, media room, great kitchen space/island in the first floor, all spaces are taken advantage of and I think is much bigger than what pictures show. Only “complain” was the beach at Seacrest that was completely crowded on the public section and the rest of the beach is taken over by the chair rental company….. but after 4pm it’s all good, with sunset at almost 8pm we got to enjoy most of our afternoons in the sand!

Nearly perfect.
We had a great stay! This house is beautiful, well equipped and very conveniently located! Super short walk to pool, and a Short walk to the beach. Short enough that it doesn’t even make sense to take the shuttle unless you have littles that are too big for a stroller and too tired to walk. Be prepared to reserve beach chairs and umbrellas well in advance. There is a small bring your own chairs area and the weekend was crowded if you didn’t get out there early. The only issues we had with the house was the wifi was unreliable. We contacted them and they did their best to get it working better, but something just isn’t set up right. The password wasn’t working after awhile.. it was frustrating. The microwave wasn’t working properly either. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. They brought us a countertop one, but it was broken upon arrival and we never got another one. Also, the house was very clean. I think more attention to mopping should be done as our feet were black and dirty walking around the floor on day 1. That shouldn’t be the case if it is mopped well and for the cleaning fee you pay. I even mopped mid week to try to help out the situation. Floors weren’t sticky or sandy or dirty by the naked eye, but our feet showed a different story. I think it is good for the management to know so they can keep tabs on cleaning and make sure the floors get more attention. Communication was great. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home!
The house is beautiful and super spacious. The additional loving space upstairs was great for the kids and the bedroom layout was very functional for our large group. Excellent location providing a quick walk to the beach and all the Seacrest and Rosemary shops. We will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful House! Great location, easy walk to the beach, shops and pool. Beach was a little too crowded for my taste, (especially with Covid). Rental chairs took up 3/4 of the beach leaving little room for those who didn't rent. WIFI does not work well unless you are on the first floor, so made it hard to watch movies in the movie room. I emailed them to help fix and was told it was maybe because of rain that day but problem was for all days, sunny or raining. Kitchen could use more hand towels. Having 6 bikes was prefect for our large group.

July 2020 Stay
This property is beautifully finished and spacious, exactly as the pictures showed. It was however, very poorly cleaned upon our arrival. The floors were incredibly dirty and sticky. If you did not wear shoes or socks at all time, your feet turned black! The whole place needed a serious steam clean/mopping. Other surfaces were dusty and sandy in places. The bunk bed ladders were full of sand and was obvious they had not been cleaned. Base boards and handrails also sandy and scuffed up, showing lots of wear and tear. The kitchen was not particularly well stocked and household items like trash bags and paper towels were not provided. The WiFi was not working properly, making the TVs upstairs not watchable. For a property at this price point along the 30A these conditions were not acceptable.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed the first week after new ownership and new management. The house is simply beautiful and very well equipped. The beds were all very comfortable and the house was clean. Our disappointment was in the fact that it changed ownership the week prior to our stay and the new owners switched management companies right away. It would’ve served us better to keep management for the transition as the new company was unfamiliar with the services in the house. The cable and WiFi were interrupted during the week and were not planned for, as well as use of bicycles which were removed on our second day and not replaced for a couple days. A big aspect to the home that makes it enjoyable is the movie room and and integrated sound system (Sonos) throughout the home. Without WiFi, however, the movie room became unusable. We tried to use the sound system in the home for a couple days with no luck and no help from the management company. They actually told me via email that I needed to reach out to the prior management company to figure out how it worked. We had to simply figure it out on our own. Phone calls to the management company were difficult due to poor phone reception on their end. We asked for and were granted a 5% credit for our inconveniences. That was appreciated but we didn’t come hoping for a refund, only a restful stay.
