Emerald Beach is a True Vacation Resort, not just a condominium complex. It has the Best Amenities In PCB. Featuring multiple pools. One pool area is very family oriented with 2 pools and hot tubs. 1 pool is a walk in pool with a Kids Splash Zone and a snack bar located between the 2 pools. There is a large Tiki Bar by the large Beach side pool and hot tubs. Starbucks & The Sky Bar are great for adults.

Spacious one bedroom two bath 23rd floor unit! Sleeps 6 comfortably with a king size bed in the master, bunk area with 2 twin beds in the hallway and a pullout queen size sofa sleeper bed.

Come sit on the balcony and take in the ocean front view of the beautiful emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico, 700 feet of sugar white beachfront and breathtaking sunsets.

Emerald Beach is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, walk to restaurants and shopping. The resort is very family oriented. Be our guests in this comfortable family friendly unit.

There is a Starbucks Coffee Shop and Deli, The Sky Bar Cocktail Lounge in the walkover above the street from the 2 very large parking garages. Hot Tubs, sauna, and steam room are on site that you don't find in other complexes.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall stay was very nice. The condo was nicely equipped. A suggestion for the bathroom is some sort of grab bar because the are both very High to step over. A little getaway
Our condo was great! It was clean and well maintained! Management staff were very helpful when needed while we were there. A piece of equipment was left in the condo on accident and they found it and shipped it back to me and were so nice about it! We will be returning!

Overall it was an amazing condo.
We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The views were breathtaking and check in was easy. We enjoyed the hassle free check in!! They even came and replaced the tv remote that was damaged when we arrived. We loved the decor and it made us feel at home. Elevators here were very slow, but thats to be expected with the amount of people visiting.

Perfect Stay for our Anniversary
This condo was perfect for my husband and I to enjoy our anniversary trip! It is in a great location that is within walking distance of phenomenal restaurants. It was very clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view! The only problem we ran into was a leak from the master bathroom toilet. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would most definitely stay here again!

Only thing i didn't like was we jad maintenance in and out for 2 days working on a water line for washer. I feel like that could have been prevented and our water kept shutting off. Other than that it was perfect!

My husband had to work the area so I came along with him. The condo was clean and had more than enough space. The only negative for us is the elevator is literally right outside the door. The bedroom is on that end of the condo so you hear the elevator all night/early morning.

Gorgeous view, roomy spaces, and comfortable. As another review stated, be aware the bedroom is by the elevators, so you hear clunking 24/7. For the most part it did not keep us awake, but know before you book. I'm sensitive to asthetics, so I enjoyed the decor. The kitchen stove and patio furniture was not clean when we arrived, but we spent most of our week eating out and everything else was great.

Beach was awesome, condo not so much!
View was wonderful, I never leave a bad review, but, this left a lot to be desired! Photos are deceiving. The wicker lounge on the balcony is full of mold on the cushions. There was sand on the floor throughout. The piece of foam on top of the bed was awful. Tubs were both dirty. The worst was having to wash the dishes and silverware before use. Dirty dishes and lip marks on glasses. I have photos if you would like to see them.

The property was a perfect beach get away. Incorrect code given to get into the gate but we were able to find the correct code. The only problem we ran into was when we unfolded the couch for my daughter and her spouse and it was full of Cheerios. We swept up really well and and the rest of the vacation went smoothly

Elevators are LOUD
The stay was pleasant but the elevators sound like it is underneath the bed!! Need some type of sound barrier to block the noise. The only problems I encountered was the lounger on the balcony was dirty I put a sheet over it and for the money the bedroom should be on the Oceanside and you wouldn’t here the elevators 24/7. The view is great and the the condo was clean had a lot of toiletries in the room but no toilet paper! Had 2 rolls for 8 days..

Reviewer Comments: everything was great except the check in instructions were written by a five year old there was no mention that the parking area was a garage or that it was across the street the whole set of instructions were terrible i know its a little thing but when u arrive at a place u have never been before in your life and its dark the instructions they gave u were terrible our code didnt work in parking garage luckily another vacationer gave me the code and gave a run down which helped tremendously the elevator outside the room is noisy but we got used to it other than that we had a great stay and would go there again the rental was very nice and clean and the view and sounds of the gulf were amazing the beach is so close and the sand so white being from pa its was beautiful

Good but "NOT" Great!
The room was ok the floors i do not think were swept prior to our arrival sand and dirt was still present, the water was shut off to the unit and there was no instruction or communication to get it turned on luckily we found a small sticker on the bathroom mirror with a number to call also the bedroom fan was very loud and the room is next to the elevator so the noise from them was extremely loud. There were huge roaches found on the balcony would not recommend being out on it at night due to this issue did not see any inside the unit thankfully! Other than those issues our stay was ok... i don't know if i would stay here again maybe a different rooms.
