The location can't be beat - right in the heart of Panama City Beach, within a mile of Ripley's Believe It or Not!, WonderWorks, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, ZooWorld, and the Signal Hill Golf Course.
Drop your bags, change into your swimsuits, and step out onto the balcony to survey the scene below. This is a lovely spot for alfresco breakfasts, sunset dinners, and everything in between.
After a day at the beach, come home to unwind in central air-conditioning, toss your towels in the washer/dryer, and make yourself at home in a living space full of sunlight. Get started on dinner in the open kitchen, gather at the dining room table for a delicious meal, and spend the evening watching movies on the living room TV. There are TVs in all three sleeping spaces as well - a primary suite overlooking the ocean, a guest suite, and a bunk nook with its own half-bath.
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience at Shores of Panama, we are undergoing a significant construction project from September 24, 2024, to March 1, 2025. We want to ensure you are fully informed about the construction phases and how they may impact your stay.
Phase 1: Initial Construction Period
• Dates: September 24, 2024, to November 25, 2024
• Affected Units: Balconies in units 2113, 1314, 1415, 1615, and 416 will be completely inaccessible and have an obstructed view.
• Activities: Construction work will occur daily from 8AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday.
Phase 2: Extended Construction Impact
• Dates: November 25, 2024, to February 25, 2025
• Newly Affected Units: Additional units affected during this period include 507, 1507, 1907, 2011, 1512, 1912, 1517, and 1817 which will also experience inaccessible balconies and obstructed views.

• Tentative Schedules: All mentioned dates AND units are tentative and subject to change based on weather conditions and homeowner association decisions.
Things to Know
Some shared amenities are only open during peak season. The tropical bar, coffee shop, and grill are open March-October.
Guests must pay an additional fee directly to the resort upon check-in, which covers their parking and wristbands for amenities access.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
