This unit is located in the gated community of Carillon Beach at Pinnacle Port on the quiet west side of Panama City Beach. With fresh new paint, new flooring and decor, this unit is tastefully decorated in soothing natural colors. This one level condo is just steps to the pristine beach. This condominium can sleep up to 4 people, is located in mid-rise building B2, and has all of the amenities of home. The Kitchen will provide ample space to prepare your family meals. Next to the kitchen is a dining area that seats 4. You will find this unit perfect for couples or a family getaway! The living room has plenty of seating with flat screen TV, DVD player, and queen sized sleeper sofa bed. The spacious bedroom features a Queen sized bed, flat screen TV, and plenty of storage space. The full bath is complete with a tub/ Shower. Other amenities of this unit include a washer and dryer and complimentary wifi.

Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! So close to the beach!
This is a very nice place! The view is gorgeous with easy access to the beach - that was amazing! There were beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet that we weren’t expecting - but the umbrella is completely unusable and the chairs could use updating (rusty, at least one didn’t sit upright). The fridge worked well, the washer / dryer was handy, and the room was nicely appointed. The bed was comfy and the water pressure was nice. The TV in the main room had no sound - that’s noted in several reviews - the settings had to be reset every time the tv was turned on. The condo is cooled by a semi-portable AC unit in the bedroom; It’s very loud (which didn’t bother us).

Great condo with great view.
Great experience all around. Have always rented in main building, but loved the smaller, less crowded Building B. Beach access was very easy and views were perfect. Look forward to renting this one again.
