The perfect getaway
Everything was absolutely perfect. The condo was amazing and huge and fit all 8 of us perfectly without being up all up on each other. The veiw of the ocean was stunning. I will definitely be coming back and booking this condo again

We Love PCB
My only complaint about this unit is there is no oven. The description says full kitchen but that is not true. It has a stove top. There’s a small convection oven that we was able to cook a few biscuits in. The unit was clean and roomy. The view from the balcony, living room and master bedroom are breathtaking. The dishwasher and washer had a horrible smell. The pool area was nice and clean. The pool water was always clean. Parking wasn’t too bad except for Saturday night. It was full so we had to park in the underneath area. There’s no elevator down there so you have to walk up to the first level to get on the elevator. It was a little hard for our son. We would definitely book again if they put an oven in the unit because we cook while at the beach.

Fantastic view!….BUT…
View of the ocean was awesome and available from almost every room in the condo! The best part of our stay was the large rooms and the fantastic view from almost anywhere in the condo! Fabulous! The worst part was the tiny cramped parking spaces. It was so difficult and frustrating to get in and out of parking. The condo needs some updates as well as far as the wobbly squeaky bunk beds, living room furniture (no couch and only seating for 3 because only 3 recliners), need new blankets, rugs, etc. no oven for cooking. Only had a “cooking” microwave which we made work but nothing like having a real oven, and much smaller. The coffee pot was actually a Keurig, so we had to buy a pot while we were there.

Needs maintenance
The location of the condo was good. View of the beach was awesome. Sunset view is a plus! However, the condo needs maintenance. There’s no lock in sliding door-master bedroom and living room, carpet was dirty (lots of dog hair/fur and sand-we didn’t have a dog), clogged toilet in one of the bedrooms, broken closet door, broken glass on the table in the balcony, broken bed frame in one of the bedrooms, wobbly and squeaky bunk bed, shower head issue in master’s bedroom - All of these were noticed on day 1. Notified customer service right away about all these issues, told them our main concern were the clogged toilet, broken bed frame and wobbly bunk bed. They said they will send maintenance but no exact time was given. Followed up with them on day 2. No response. Finally, in the afternoon of day 3 (our check out was in the morning of day 4, by the way) they sent someone to fix the clogged toilet and shower head. My boys ended up putting the mattress on the floor and sleeping on the floor for safety issues for the whole duration of our stay. I wish the response was quicker. We could have had a hassle-free vacation!

Very nice stay
We absolutely loved our condo it was very accommodating to the number of guests we had staying with us. The only frustrating things were: only being allowed 2 parking passes (we would have happily paid for one more), there is only 2 elevators which could be extremely time consuming during the busiest times of the day and lastly there was not a ramp for a wagon to get down to the beach it was very hard to get to and from the beach yes there is a ramp in the public beach area but it wasn’t extremely close which is hard for some one with walking difficulties. I would stay here again I did enjoy my stay but those are the only things I would change if I could.

Perfection!!!
The pictures don’t do this place justice! The balcony was our absolute favorite by far! Each of the 3 bedrooms had their own bathroom which was soo convenient for our family of 8. Access to the big balcony from the master and the main living area. I actually stayed in the “back bedroom” with its own thermostat and small private balcony and again, its own bathroom! There are only 2 elevators for this building so be prepared for some wait during busy hours. The pool was beautiful! So so sad to leave but We cannot wait to come back!!
