This Bali/West Indies Inspired 2 bedroom 3 full bathroom courtyard home in the Gulf-front community of Sunset Beach is ideally situated between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach and part of 30A-luxury rentals group. Includes Beach chair with four chairs and umbrella. Sunset Beach is gated, intimate Gulf-front community of 32 Courtyard homes with large resort heated pool gulfside . High-end finishes and feature include high ceilings, Kobe wood windows and doors, granite countertops, GE Profile stainless steel appliances, kitchen aid refrigerator Kohler fixtures, and travertine and white oak hardwood flooring. The cottage offers a serene environment reminiscent of Indonesia and tastefully decorated with slipcovered furniture and traditional balinese accents. The master king bedroom and master king guest room are located on the second level, each with private bathrooms featuring private balconies for lounging.
The first floor features open and spacious living and dining areas complete with travertine floors, natural sisal rugs, high ceilings , and lots of natural light. Two large french doors lead to covered porch area perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Two slipcovered couches,one pulls out to become a queen size sleeper, and two zebra accent chairs complete comfortable living setup. The kitchen has counter seating with black granite counter tops, gas range with oven, 2 coffee makers of choice keurig and standard drip, microwave and fully equipped entertaining kitchen. The first floor also includes a full travertine bath (convenient for queen sleeper sofa) and washer and dryer. A main feature of this cottage is the brand new furnishings. The second floor offers two master suites each with their own private travertine full bath and tubs. Both master rooms feature king beds, flat screen televisions, and private covered balconies. Awesome location, close to restaurants, shops and beach able to walk most places. The unit is lovely, just wish it had some storage space for a monthly rental.

Loved this space and location! Such a cute little cottage. The only thing missing was chip clips.. and we couldn't figure out how to get the dining light and a lamp to work.. walk to the beach and rosemary for shopping/eating was easy. Great stay, we will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful property. It was perfect for our family of four with cozy beds, a well appointed kitchen, and super comfy living space. The patio and balconies were also great! It’s only a short walk to the beautiful beach, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommend!

excellent location south of 30-A, secure gated community, clean, well-maintained cottage w/short walk to beach & pool. not a complaint but suggestion: please get curtain tie-backs for inside and maybe include laundry soap for more than 1 wash. loved the decor/vibe; would stay here again.

What an amazing place. Very clean and comfortable. So close to all the great places near Seacrest/Rosemary Beach/Alys Beach and a very close walk to the beach and pool! The outside courtyard was a great place to play with our young family and had an amazing kitchen. We also loved the main balcony! We will certainly rent this place again! Thank you for the amazing stay and all the work put in ensuring we had what we needed upon arrival!

The property is located in a great area, we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. The owners always communicated back to us within minutes , we also received all the indications on time. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not the best. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Bali Cottage for New Year’s Eve
We spent a week at the Bali cottage in late December / early January. The location is ideal (2mn walk to the beach with gorgeous sunsets; 5mn walk to stores and restaurants) while the kids were able to enjoy the heated pool. The house itself is as charming as advertised, with a lot of attention to details when it comes to the decoration. We greatly enjoyed the outdoor space, particularly the outdoor gas-fired fire pit. The owners were very responsive to all our questions and needs. We would recommend this place to friends.

Overall enjoyed our stay! Pros: Great location, Cozy beds & couches, well stocked kitchen, good response from owners Cons: Check in at 4 pm and check out at 10 am isn't preferred. You are getting there late and have to be out early, which to me you basically lose a day. We had to stay occupied until 4 and change our flights to leave earlier. When your toting luggage these times just aren't convenient. The owner did allow us to keep our luggage at the house for a few hours which was greatly appreciated. The two bedrooms are not the same. Both beds are King, but in the smaller room there is literally nowhere to put your luggage in the room. No nightstand, nowhere to put makeup when getting ready. We made do, but definitely not optimal. Otherwise, enjoyed the house and our stay. For the reasons above, I wouldn't stay at this house again. However, I did love the neighborhood and location.

Overcrowded beach
This house was beautiful and very clean! Beds were comfortable and everything was great inside! The beach was less than favorable. The photos listed show an open beach with plenty of room. Unfortunately, this was not the case. They have chairs and shades tightly packed 3 or 4 rows deep from one end of the property to the other. When you hit the sand you can't even see the water. You can rent chairs and a shade, but be prepared to be packed in like sardines. We tried to walk along the water to the right and it is blocked off with signs that say trespassing. I've never been to a beach where you can't walk along the water.

Great location! Decent Spot!
Pros: Great location. Very nice theme! Comfortable furniture. Great AC. Cons: Communication from POCs - below average as not immediately responsive. Cleanliness: sandy floors as we arrived but the owner did send cleaners the next day to clean - was inconvenient as had to wait around. A few white towels had brown spots on them - not very appealing. Technical issues: TV should be replaced - dead spots on TV, lower section of the TV. HDMI was going in and out - so annoying. Plumbing: Bedroom 1: runny toilet, hand sink drainage issues. Poor water flow from shower head. Bedroom 2: shower head sprays water over the door so wate lands outside of the shower, creating a hazard. Kitchen: Poured wine into a plastic glass they had and it was leaking - hope it wasn't restacked. Recommend stacking some welcome items - coffee/tea - not having a few pods is atypical for nice rentals. Leave some basic necessities in the place, paper towels, hand soap, etc... Trash can gate didn't close properly - glad it didn't swing open and ding car. Bedroom blinds were missing opening rods - annoying b/c couldn't adjust. Instructions were lacking - did not know you had to use fob for pool access and then the fob had to be held at a specific area on the pool gate panel. I go down to the area a bit and this rental is positioned well but could use some TLC - shouldn't have some of the issues noted as the unit is nice overall and is not a cheap rental.
