Excellent vacation home that checked all of our boxes for a family of 5. We stayed down in PCB for a baseball World Series and it was a cozy getaway from all the ballpark noise. Beautiful neighborhood and great price!!!

We had a great stay. This Condo was in a great location. The pool was clean and very close to the condo. There was plenty of room for everyone. Everything we needed was available. We had a great time!

This property was a great getaway for my group of friends. It is a close walk to the beach, very close to some great restaurants that were a walkable distance, and a very nice home to stay in. The host offers his support for any problem you may have so I highly recommend this location.

Loved that it was an end unit, very spacious for 1 bedroom! “ bedroom by the way is massive” 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute drive to pier park! Shower was on the small side, I also don’t understand Why we pay a cleaning fee but then have to take garbage out wash towels/ dishes and strip bed before departure. Over all great experience, Dave is supper friendly and easy to contact! Would rent again!

We stayed in this space for one night. Maybe I didn’t read the description close enough but the set up caught me off guard. The one bedroom is upstairs from the garage and the other bedroom is directly in from the garage. The third bedroom I am guessing is the common room in the basement with the futon. Not a huge deal and lesson learned to read more. Very clean and surprisingly quiet on the inside considering the family fun park go carts is directly on the other side of the wall. This made it difficult to enjoy the patio area. I probably would not book again because of the set up and the location. But my complaints are just minor inconveniences.

Great Panhandle getaway
I had the best sleep ever staying here. The bed was oh so comfortable. That is super important when you are on vacation, right?! It was nicely remodeled and the decor was top notch. We felt quite relaxed here the whole time. We drove to the beach which was five minutes away and had free parking. We went to Pier Park several times and the drive to Destin was about an hour. Everything was so convenient. When the Tropical storm was raining off and on we could easily leave while there was a window and come back quite fast. Love that this place was so central. The garage was a lifesaver with the rain too. Everything about this place will make you feel like it’s a home away from home. The appliances are nice and new, the furniture, bed, etc. Definitely stay here. You won’t be disappointed, and Dave responded right away if we had any questions.

The property line is shared with a go kart track. That would have been nice to know before booking. The go kart belts squeal until at least 11 pm. There was no grill, which was fine once we realized we would not be hanging out in back. The rental has an awkward set up for families. The kids had to all sleep upstairs on the floor because the down stairs is accessed through the garage and you need a code to get in. It would be nice for adults or two families, but not really suited for little kids. The pillows were old and stained and the blankets were dirty. The pool was nice and the walk to the beach was short. I don’t think I would stay at this property again

Amazing Vacation
The property was very clean, and property owner had the air turned on for us when we arrived. Property is simply located about 10 minutes from everything you’d want to do. It’s about 20 minutes from pier park. Any issues we had, which were very little, were immediately taken care of by the property owner. There is a go kart track right beside the property, but you can not hear the gocarts at night. The property came with beach chairs, A two wheeled beach cart, a small cooler, and a propane grill. All the bedding, cookware and utensils you could possibly want. Property had two blenders for your use. There is an upstairs and downstairs, and our family love that. There is a huge blowup, king-size bed, that is very comfortable. for Your relaxation, there is a huge Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. It is a eight minute drive to Saint Andrews State Park, where the snorkeling was amazing. It is a short drive to major restaurants. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to stay here to do so. The property owner is very easily accessible and very quick to respond with any questions or issues that you have. We only had two issues, and they were taken care of very very promptly. We will be staying here again Or at one of the other properties that he owns. Thank you again for one of the most amazing vacations we have ever had.

Review of stay
It was a very nice place and it was very clean. We did run into some issues with the downstairs air conditioning and the downstairs refrigerator, but it was very quickly fixed by the host. The only complaint I would have is the clarification of the 3 bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom was a full bedroom, but the downstairs had a bedroom with no doors and the third “bedroom” was basically just a living room with a bed that was connected to the kitchen and the other bedroom downstairs. Besides that I would say the stay was excellent and it was a great location. Also it was a very short walk to the beach so no need to drive there. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great house to stay at while on vacation to the beach!
