BOOK NOW!! Come stay in this spacious Golf Villa located in beautiful Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. Villa is beautifully furnished and has all the amenities and comforts of home. Villa is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa to accomodate any additional guests. Unit has been recently updated with new paint, new mattresses on each bed, new carpet, and new furniture. Master Bath now has a marble walk in shower. One of the many pools on site is located right behind the unit. You an sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view of the pool. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home or if you prefer, there are several dining options on the resort. Oceans Bar and Grill, if you prefer more of an upscale dining experience, or for more of a casual atomosphere, the beachfront Bimini Sand Bar is always a good choice. The resort also has a Pizza Hut, Starbucks Coffee and Edgie's Corner Market.

Recreational amenities include a lagoon-style pool, 11 additional pools, and four spa tubs. A shuffleboard court and 11 tennis courts are also on site. There is a fitness center, spa center and of course there is the Executive Par Three Golf Course.

There is definitely something for everyone at this resort! Too many amenities to list! If you find time to leave the resort, you will find Pier Park a short 4 miles away. Pier Park hosts a large outdoor shopping mall and houses multiple restaurants including Jimmy Buffett's Margaritiville. Shipwreck Island Water Park is within walking distance from the resort along with many more attractions!

Come and see for yourself, our villa is the perfect accomodation. It offers privacy while still offering all of the amenities that you would expect at the only full service resort on Panama City Beach!!

I would highly recommend this place if you don’t need all the excitement from being on the beach your tucked away. Tim, the property manager was awesome. I annoyed him constantly with questions and he was so responsive. The only thing is you’re not on the beach, which didn’t bother me because I don’t have any small children.

We stayed only for the weekend. Overall, the location was not bad, and the condo was clean. We did not see the ocean so cannot speak about how far it is, but it did not seem to be in walking distance. Also, cannot speak to the resort itself since we did not get to see it or experience. I think the condo is comfortable for a family stay.

Overall our stay was great! The villa was like a home away from home. Very easy to get around the complex and to the beach. The listing states that there are tennis courts and basketball courts available but you have to pay daily to rent them. The golf course, that’s understandable paying to play their par 3 course.

Great Location
The location is amazing and the main pool is beautiful. There is a heated pool directly behind the condo. When we arrived, there had been a miscommunication and the condo hadn’t been cleaned since the last renters, but fortunately I had laundry detergent and cleaning wipes and was able to get it cleaned up enough until the cleaner arrived the next day. Tim was very apologetic and made it right as quickly as possible. The bedrooms in the condo are great, but the living room area could use some updating and brightening up. Even with these factors, I would definitely stay here again (and likely will!)

Peaceful yet close to it all!
We had four adults and four kids (18, 18, 12, 12) with us. We weren't interested in staying in a high rise where we had to wait for an elevator to drag luggage, groceries, etc up multiple floors. This condo was just what we were looking for. We were able to park just outside our condo. It was peaceful yet so close to the beach. One of the many pools were right next to our building and there was never more than a few people there at a time which was nice. The beach is just a short walk across the villas and over the pedestrian bridge. However if you plan to make make it a day at the beach where you are bringing a cooler, tent, chairs, etc (we took cornhole boards), I would recommend loading up your vehicle and driving across the street to the parking lot of the towers. You are allowed to park there and it is RIGHT AT the private beach access. It was perfect and we didn't have to wait on the shuttle. The owner was FABULOUS to work with and had excellent communication with me. The condo has been kept very neat and I loved the size of the living/dining room. It was plenty of room for all of us. The master bedroom/bathroom/closet is huge. The other bedrooms were nice size as well. Loved the HE washer/dryer and I actually didn't mind doing laundry on vacation. I would say that the window treatments (sliding blinds) are at the end of their life and the condo needs a toaster, but I would definitely recommend this condo and this owner. We had a great time!!

Spacious Villa at Edgewater
Villa was laid out perfectly with plenty of space. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, nice kitchen and dining room, and spacious living room. There are 2 balconies with the main balcony off the living room that overlooks the pool and has a view of a pond and golf course. There is a pool and tram spot just outside the villa which is very convenient. This is the first time we stayed in a location that didn't have a ocean/beach view. The plus side to that is it is very quiet and less crowded, but you still have access to Edgewater pools and hot tubs and the tram will drive you to the gate of the beach. Unit is located on the 2nd floor. Plenty of parking space outside the unit. AC worked great and beds were comfortable. I loved the decor and look of the unit, personally not a big fan of the beach theme and colors so this was perfect. Owner responded to all of my questions and was very friendly and helpful! We stayed 8 days and our family had a wonderful trip!

Nice place but communication not so much
The place was nice but we were told that we had to have parking passes for the motorcycles and they would be twenty dollars a piece but we didn’t need them. We left them with security, after we paid the owner for them and now he has two that he doesn’t have to pay for. We contacted them about getting our forty bucks back but no one wants to return our emails about it. There were a few other things but I won’t list them on here because they weren’t a major issue.
