This 3-story home sleeps up to 14 (max 8 adults would be MOST comfortable with kids in bunks/sofa bed), and it is close to the best shopping and dining in Panama City Beach. Spend your days at the beach (walk straight south on the sidewalk/crosswalk to public beach access 36 - claim your spot early). Then wind down around the shared neighborhood pool just steps from the front door. Foosball, kid basketball & other games are available in the garage/game room. Fire up the propane grill on the back patio. Enjoy the colors of the sunset and peek-a-boo beach views from one of the 2nd or 3rd floor balconies.

THE FIRST FLOOR features a private queen suite with small kitchenette and en suite bathroom. The washer/dryer area is found in the hallway.

THE SECOND FLOOR showcases the living room with a wall of windows/doors leading to the balcony and a small view of the beach. The living room contains the queen sofa bed and a rocking/swivel recliner. A large dining room table and bar seating allows for family and friends to gather ‘round near the fully stocked kitchen. A traditional drip coffee maker, a French press, and a Keurig single cup coffee maker are provided (bring your own coffee/coarse grounds/k-cups). The open floor plan enables groups to be together for cooking, dining, and relaxing. This level also includes a queen bedroom with en suite bathroom. The half bathroom is conveniently located next to the kitchen. A highchair and TV trays are available in the bedroom closet. This closet also has a Pack 'n play bed and an audio baby monitor, perfect for a family with littles. Toddlers and infants are more than welcome, but please be aware that this house is not child-proofed inside or out; young children will need to be watched at all times.

THE THIRD FLOOR offers three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a balcony, an en suite bathroom with shower and a jetted tub. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi with Eero and a desk workspace by a window. Wake up to wonderful views of palm trees and the gulf in the primary king bedroom with its wall of windows and the third-floor balcony. The third floor also has a bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin bunks and another queen bedroom. This queen bedroom and the bunkroom share a full bathroom.

With the beach only a short stroll away, you'll have endless opportunities for sandcastles, sunbathing, and refreshing ocean dips. Explore the vibrant local shops, indulge in fresh seafood at charming coastal restaurants, or embark on exhilarating water sports adventures – all within easy reach.

A great place to stay. It was a short walk to the beach. The home was clean. The living room and kitchen area is large and open. Nice decks and a garage full of things to use for the beach. We loved that each person had their own bedroom and bathroom. We only had 4 people stay.

Awesome Beach Getaway
The house was as advertised, Clean , Cozy, Comfortable. Very spacious! The walk to the beach was super easy, maybe 2 blocks at most. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here and would certainly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in PCB. We look forward to staying here in the future! And the F35's airshow every day was awesome too!

The perfect place to bring 3 families together for an unforgettable vacation. This house is so close to the beach and many popular restaurants. There was plenty of space in the condo for our 7 teenage girls to get ready and lots of beach items in the garage for them to stay busy. Kelsey was very responsive to any questions we had. I was hesitant about the distance to the beach, but it was way closer than I thought! The location is perfect. Close to everything. We rented a golf cart to go to restaurants. The house was very clean & set up nicely. If I had to give any negatives, it would be the closeness of the neighbors. But we would definitely stay here again!

The property was easy to find and was in a great location. Even though we weren’t directly on the beach, the walk was great. Also it was nestled around everything we needed. Extra parking was right across the street. Restaurants and Walmart was at our fingertips. We only stayed one night because that’s all the time some of the family could do this. But we learned we needed at least 2 days stay. The house provided all things needed. It was gorg! And comfortable. I would definitely come back to this Vrbo

Amazing stay - perfect location, great for large groups!
We had the absolute best time staying at Kelsey's place! There were 12 in our group - 10 adults and our 16 and 18 year olds. The location is amazing - just a short walk to the beach - and plenty of parking both on the property and across the street in the parking lot. We actually used one of the vehicles to load up all of our beach items each morning and drove to the free beach parking lot just to save ourselves from having to lug it all over! As far as the beach house itself, it was perfect. There was plenty of space for each couple. My in-laws loved having their own space on the first floor and the elevator was so amazing for them - they are elderly and have trouble with stairs so this was perfect because they could still join us on the second floor whenever they wanted. I was also very impressed with how stocked the kitchen is - we were able to cook meals every day and had everything we needed. The space was clean and well cared for. We highly recommend and will definitely look into staying here again in the future!

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES
The property was awesome. We had three different families and everyone had their own space. The elevator was a lifesaver as we had elderly parents traveling with us. The location was good also, just a 5 minute walk to beach. We had a few minor issues but Kelsey was quick to respond and resolve them. I have stayed at numerous places at the beach and this condo was by far the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Everything was exactly as described on website. The house kitchen table was great for large groups to play games and enjoy meals together. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Beach was much closer than we originally thought.. the games were great when the weather wasn’t…the elevator was added plus that we didn’t even know about, my 54 yr old son is going for a hip replacement in two weeks, he really appreciated it. Overall a great stay….a small negative, we felt 2 rolls of toilet tissue and paper towels would have been more appropriate….wonderful space for our 10 wedding guests.

Holy moly, if you guys are looking for an absolutely beautiful home with so much room for everyone, look no further! Guys there were nine of us and we had to look for each other🤣. This house is absolutely gorgeous. It is three levels with an elevator, that was an absolute godsend after recent surgeries. The garage was a huge hit with all four of the kids. They stayed out there for hours when it was raining. Playing basketball and foosball. It was absolutely great. I cannot rave enough about this house. It’s fully stocked, the furnishings are super nice and clean AND great shape. There was working TVs in every bedroom, we just simply logged into our Netflix or whatever we wanted to watch. I’m serious guys if you are looking to rent in Panama City Beach this is where you want to stay. From the front door to the beach it was was maybe a 3 minute walk and they provided us a wagon so we didn’t have to carry a bunch of stuff. We just wheeled it right on over there. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub that was absolutely great after running around the beach all day. And there is even a shared pool one or two doors down from you that the kids enjoy it as well. I am so glad that we found this gem of a place and we are actually looking to stay at another property they have in the mountains, that’s how great of a place this was. ~Alesha P

This place/location was perfect for us!
The property was super convenient for our group. SUPER close walk to the beach. The kitchen was perfect for our large group, we were all able to sit together. The rooms were super clean and lovely. This home at pretty much everything we needed. Even had boogie boards!!!! We were so happy with our stay here and definetly would come back. The most amazing part of booking with this house was Kelsey. She was AMAZING! Any questions or concerns we had she answered right away and was more than welcoming. She was super kind and did our group a lot of favors. I reccomend this house and booking with this lovely lady!
