Wow. Just...Wow
We absolutely loved our stay. The location was amazing - so close to the beach and community pool, close proximity to The Hub, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, etc., and was so quiet and comfortable being in a gated community. We also loved being right across the street from Bruno's, a great pizza joint with live music and a stellar lunch buffet. The house was equally great, and accommodated our large group (16 at one point) very well, with ages from mid-60s to 5 years old. Comfortable beds, large bathrooms and kitchen, great seating areas, a lovely back porch and pool. Lastly, the host was super communicative and helpful. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful House!
My family and I stayed here for a week and we all absolutely loved everything about this house. All of the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the beach is just a short walk away. The third floor has a cute little kitchen and dining area that was perfect for when we needed a little space from everyone else lol. We would love to stay here again if we come back to the area.

Beautiful home
This was a great spot for a friends reunion. Plenty of bedrooms and lots of open gathering spaces. The neighborhood is beautiful and the beach very private.

The house was great, beds were comfortable and the beach was a short walk away. It was perfect for an adults only trip because everyone had their own space. We enjoyed the pool and the golf cart and would happily retlnt this house again.

Perfect Vacation Home
Our family - 8 adults and 5 children - stayed here for the second time - everything was perfect. The home is spacious and clean - massive kitchen was nice for our crowd. We liked gathering in the shaded area out by the pool (with a cool water feature). Golf cart was a great asset to cart our team to the beach and pool. The community pool was fun and had a great grill for lunch. Another relaxing vacation in the books. Thank you!!!

A wonderful family time
The house is gorgeous and the owner was so gracious when we had questions. Everyone had a place of their own. The pool was probably the "highlight" of the day....coming back from the ocean, they could still sit by the pool to relax. The gourmet kitchen was wonderful for meal prep. We had such a wonderful time. thanks again and again.

Perfect girls weekend getaway
This house is such a gem in a beautiful community. It was so nice having our group of girls be able to all stay under one roof and have all the amenities to suit everyone’s needs. The kitchen is spectacular and well appointed. The pool is lovely. The community is fantastic and the house comes with a golf cart to explore the grounds. You aren’t able to leave the neighborhood in the golf cart, but that was fine for us. The beds were comfy and spacious. We had no complaints and would love to come back. Our only feedback was that we didn’t see until check in that the house does not include beach towels (plenty of beach chairs and a small cooler, however) so make sure to bring your own. Thanks for having us! Your home is wonderful.

Great home (spacious) in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Golf cart was a must so thank you for providing. We loved the pool and outdoor seating area. Kitchen lacked a few basics - drinking glasses - and outdoor friendly dishes but we totally made do. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. WiFi was a bit spotty was all - our whole family thoroughly enjoyed this little slice of Heaven!!

Covid 19 Staycation
The property was wonderful and the area was beautiful. We loved the semi private beach the pool at the house and the main pool. Puttering Park was fun too. Was surprised that the kitchen was not better stocked in such a nice home. There was no working can opener or wine opener and minimal utensils. Could also use a large pan. We might not have noticed if we could have dined out a little more but 2020 was not the year for dinning out with a group of 16. Would stay again beautiful home and area.

80th Bday Bash !
Our stay in this beautiful home was terrific for our group. The 8 bedroom set up w/ private baths was perfect with plenty of privacy. The young adults stayed in the carriage house and were able to do their own thing late at night as to not disturb the main house . The home was beautifully furnished , linens were very nice , everything was clean and very comfortable. The gated community was beautiful and amenities were top notch. Complimentary Use of the golf cart & bikes were great additions. One suggestion would be to add hooks in the bathrooms for towels especially to dry after showering . We will return!

Quick Family Trip
Our stay at this beautiful home was too short but lovely! This is a great house for larger parties of adults. It seems a little unfinished as there are some lingering details that need to be addressed. Other reviews have indicated such as well. Towel hooks in bathrooms, hanging cables for TVs that haven’t been mounted yet, paper window coverings. BUT, the home is beautiful, very conveniently located and equipped with great cooking utensils and appliances. Having the golf cart came in so handy. We definitely recommend this property.

Business Group Retreat
This house is beautiful and very clean. We had 6 couples stay here and everyone had their own room and master bath. We didn’t even need to use the guest house over the garage. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Every room was beautifully decorated and the bathrooms were huge. The kitchen is well equipped with two dishwashers, plenty of dishes and cookware. It was made to entertain large groups. The living room was super comfy with lots of seating for everyone to gather. We also had plenty of dining space between the dining room table, island bar, and porch. The community is beautiful with wooded trails throughout and easy access to the beach. It is very close to Seaside and wonderful restaurants. The Big Chill is within walking distance and is a great place to grab a meal out. Linda was very easy to reach if we needed anything and even offered to bring us ice when I let her know the ice maker wasn’t working. We loved our stay at this beautiful home! Even though we were “working” while here, it was easy to feel like we were in vacation mode.

WaterSound is beautiful
Beautiful home and wonderful community. Stunning beach. We enjoyed our stay and would like to return. We suggest some things for the owner to consider. Constructive criticism. 1-Kitchen really needs a pantry, with food for 16, no place to store food except on the floor or countertops. 2-Bathrooms need towel racks and showers need places for soaps and shampoos so they’re not on the floor. 3-Garage has construction materials still on site which prevented us from using the garage. These things need to be removed. We would love to rent this property again at the same time next year at Easter, with these issues addressed. I will discuss this with the owner.

Has wonderful potential
It's not that we did not have fun at this property, we just do not believe that it was ready to be rented. There were only window treatments in a couple of the rooms, only a couple of the TVs worked, some light fixtures didn't have light bulbs and the towels seemed older. We also had issues with the hot water in some of the bathrooms and the air conditioner. Also, there wasn't any outdoor furniture on the 2nd floor balcony or the 4th floor lookout. We still had a great time. We just believe that if you are going to charge a premium price, then the rental should be a premium place to stay. I do believe this place could be 5 stars with some adjustments.

Memories for a Lifetime
We stayed at this beautiful property for a total of 16 days, and we will always treasure the memories we made! We invited family and friends from all over the country for a family reunion, and it was the perfect layout for entertaining. The kitchen/dining was the perfect gathering place for the whole group to come together, and the owners were kind enough to put up a Christmas tree in the living room for us. It was so special. The short walk/bike to the beach within this gorgeous gated community was idyllic with the other stunning homes all around, the kids playing in the little park, and folks walking their dogs. Everyone we met was so friendly! Bruno's pizza is a stone's throw from the house, and we definitely enjoyed more than our fair share of delicious pizza. The owner and property manager are lovely to work with and highly communicative. For any little matter that arose, they handled it with immediacy. What a dream. We've stayed in a lot of VRBO's, and this experience topped the charts for us. The 30A area is loaded with tons of family-friendly activities and lots of services to make your vacation even more special (like personal grocery shoppers and bonfire specialists). It's somewhere we'll be returning to again and again! Thank you for everything, Karen and Linda!

Beautiful but needs attention
House is lovely & convenient to all 30a attractions. Pros Comfy beds Each bedrm has a bathroom Golf cart Dbl dishwashers Gated community Helpful to know One of the beds is accessed external balcony No ice maker Beach is a solid walk away, which we enjoyed, but might be a challenge with children Golf cart can drive on boardwalk Challenges Concerns in previous reviews have not been corrected Pool door alarm went off when we arrived for over an hour due to dead batteries. Eventually corrected but it was a rough start. The keyed lock is tricky and inconvenient. The AC on the third floor was broken the entire first night. AC repair guy came the next day but first night was miserable. No hot water until about 10pm the first night. Deep clean needed. Not enough outdoor furniture. We couldn’t enjoy balcony due to lack of seating. Several bathrooms didn’t have bath mats. Primary bathroom shower drain was badly clogged. Bathrooms need towel hooks or racks A pool guy showed up unannounced in backyard Water pressure is poor and water temps (once we finally had hot water) was hard to regulate: showers were either very hot or very cold. Could not use the outlet in 2nd flr bath as hairdryer would blow fuse. Poor bath lighting for makeup Lovely home but needs attention. The host was responsive to correcting the broken AC and alarm but we didn’t feel the experience justified the cost of our stay and unfortunately would not recommend unless the concerns were addressed.

Miserable first few days of vacation. House in very exclusive neighborhood. When we arrived we found stained and ripped sheets (washed but stained), broken main floor AC with portable units that could not do the job adequately rendering one bedroom unusable. Broken main floor freezer. Unclean pool. After a lot of back and forth, owner refunded us one nights stay, Far less than what we thought as fair considering the amount of time spent arguing and misrepresentation of the property. . What upset us the most is fact that fridge and AC issues were known issues. Not previously disclosed by owner. She admitted to it herself in writing. Happy to forward pics and email correspondence to anyone. Claimed they were new issues but at same time stated she had waited months for parts and service appointment. She did mail new sheets/bed coverings to house as well as dishes to house. We were not about to spend our time refitting her beds with new sheets. She had two fridge repair people come out to house. Promised AC, but no one came. Essentially used our paid week to perform routine maintenance on house for issues that existed months prior to our arrival. Completely and utterly duped and cheated.

Nice house BUT
I’ll start off saying the house is a great house. But there was plenty it lacked. For the hefty price paid for a week you would have expected a little more. There were things that were out of the owners control. A toilet leaked, reached out to the owner and a plumber came the next day to fix it. There were issues with the trash being picked up. Evidently it’s a neighborhood issue with WM so I get that. A bedroom on the 3rd floor lacked a tv. Same bedroom had outlets that didn’t work. 3rd floor kitchen lights didn’t work. Not sure why. Mirrors in the bathrooms were extremely small. There is a hook up on the 3rd floor for washer and dryer, but no washer and dryer. The WiFi was horrible. Not much cell service in the house so we did rely on WiFi which constantly went in and out on TVs tablets and phones. Hot water takes forever to get to the showers. The shower handles spin infinitely so it’s hard to figure out the sweet spot for hot water. The main kitchen freezer has no working ice maker. The freezer also doesn’t get super cold. Ice cream stayed soft. Outside porches have hook ups for tv, but none mounted. I feel this house could be superior to others, especially with the amounts of bedrooms. Unfortunately it just lacks of lot that would have been nice to know ahead of time. All in all we had a good time (minus water being dirty at the beach a few days)
