Beach Access: The Seacrest Beach North Community enjoys private beach access, just down the street from the home, through the Sunset Beach Community located roughly 0.4 miles (an 8 to 10 minute walk) from the home.

Pool Access: This home is a short (~4 minute walk) down the street from the Seacrest Community pool, the largest resort style pool on 30A!

Located in the world-reknown Seacrest Beach neighborhood is our beautiful Monel Cottage at Seacrest Beach on 30A, offering spacious accommodations for 11 guests in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Thoughtfully designed with guests needs in mind, this luxury home is an ideal place to escape and enjoy the Florida sun and sea breeze.

Making your way through the French doors, you will be greeted by a well-appointed open living space, flooded with the natural light that flows throughout. Enjoy endless days of summer fun in this beautiful beach cottage located in the popular community of Seacrest Beach! Built in 2013, this charming 4 bedroom, 3 bath home features high-end finishes including wood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and high ceilings. The generous sized Master King Suite is designed to provide a peaceful sanctuary with a private balcony and spa-like ensuite.
There is an adult Bunk Room, sporting a Queen-over-King bunk bed, with a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a Queen Guest Bedroom and a Bunk Room with a Full-over-Queen set of bunks(with pullout TwinXL trundle), which share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Don't forget the two balconies/patios, both with plenty of seating to watch the sunset over Seacrest Beach!
Out back, there’s a propane (provided) grill for barbecuing .

Seacrest Beach Check-in Procedure:
Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete the online registration form to receive their amenity wristbands and parking passes.

The registration form requires the following information:
Contact information
Address being rented
Arrival & departure dates
# of adults (11 & older)
# of children (10 & younger)
Year, Make, Model, Color & Tag # of all vehicles parking at the residence

Directions on how to pick up amenity wristbands are supplied prior to check-in.

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway, with additional parallel parking spots available on the road (1 directly in front of the home) on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Parking passes for each vehicle staying at the property will be available in the Amenity Packet (see above).

The Neighborhood:
Seacrest Beach is a colorful beach community nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This easy going neighborhood, identifiable by the large beach chair at the front of the community and palm lined streets, is the perfect place to spend your next getaway boasting a 12,000 square foot community pool. Seacrest Beach is within walking or biking distance to the Emerald Coasts famous sugar white beaches and steps to the Seacrest Town Center or Rosemary Beach. The Seacrest Beach town center is located at The Village of South Walton, featuring delectable dining options, shops and bike rentals.

Centered within the community is the Seacrest Lagoon. The community pool, open year round, is an impressive 378,000 gallons making it one of the largest community pools in Florida. The amphitheater is a grassy area where concerts, movies, and weddings are held. It can also be a great place for catch or a sunny picnic.

The Seacrest Beach Shuttle runs seasonally from March through October, the Seacrest Tram service offers transportation to and from tram stops within the community and the beach or the Lagoon. Simply call the tram to let them know you are at a designated tram stop and they will pick you up.

Attention: Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the unit.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in Monel Cottage at Seacrest Beach on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Monel Cottage. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
