SPECIAL MONTHLY RENTAL RATE FOR WINTER 2024/2025 - $1,300.00/month plus taxes, damage waiver & cleaning. For bookings longer than 1 month, monthly cleaning will be required which will also include a linen swap (to be paid by the guest). We will also provide mid-stay cleans and linen swaps for an additional fee.
SPECIAL WEEKLY RATE FOR WINTER - $575.00/week, plus taxes, damage waiver & cleaning (except for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Martin Luther King and President's Day holidays).
These monthly & weekly rates are effective for 11/1/24 – 2/28/25.

**The Inn is nestled in the stunning Carillon beach community in Sunnyside, FL. Our prime location is just minutes (less than 3 miles) to Rosemary Beach and 30A, and so close to Pier Park with amazing outdoor shopping, dining and entertainment. You will love strolling through the private beach neighborhood with so many resort amenities including 4 pools (3 are heated in the winter through spring break), 2 hot tubs, playground, basketball, and tennis courts. You will enjoy exploring the lush, tropically landscaped grounds and you will have access to EIGHT beach access points! Getting to the beach will require walking (approximately 5-10 minutes depending on walking speed) and we provide a beach cart. The beach access points do not have parking. It is a beautiful walk through the Carillon neighborhood.

- We provide starter supplies of toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, and trash bags. Once this supply runs out, you will need to purchase additional supplies.

The Beach Stays Vacation team is a boutique hosting team - we are passionate about delivering a great guest experience alongside a sparkling clean and well-maintained property, and to help our guests have the dream vacation they have worked and saved for!

- PET FREE PROPERTY - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
- Our condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized in between each guest – book with confidence!

We are pleased to host several condos in the Carillon Resort – please reach out if you would like more options or have other friends or family who would like to travel with you and stay in a great Beach Stays Vacations accommodation!
RULES
- Minimum Age: We require a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 be staying at the property throughout the rental term
- All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature
- Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
- We offer optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the condo for your stay. Should we finish early, we will automatically notify you.
- No parties/smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony
- Per Bay County law, the possession or consumption of alcohol is not allowed on beaches during the month of March.
*Departure instructions – we know you are on vacation and here to relax so we don't have a long list of chores! All we ask that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
Credit cards are process through Beach Stays Vacations - VRBO charges their booking fee separately.
