3BR Gulf Crest End Unit!!!! Sleeps 10!! Includes Beach Chairs!

Stunning views will be yours as soon as you enter this 16th floor Gulf Crest condo. It has windows all he way around the condo with ocean views.

This unit is a very spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath corner unit with a balcony that wraps around the entire unit. Not many 3 bedrooms in Panama City Beach have a balcony this big. This unit is on the west end of the building so the sunset views are incredible.

The master bedroom is located directly overlooking the water and does have access to the balcony. It has a king size bed and has stunning views of the ocean.

The 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed in it and has balcony access also.

The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and also has balcony access.

All bedrooms have balcony access and all bedrooms have tvs.

There is a twin size bunkbed nook in the main area.

The living room has a sleeper sofa that can make into a bed.

The Gulf Crest complex is located on Thomas Drive close to numerous restaurants and attractions. It is near St. Andrews is nearby at Captain Andersons Marina.

*December January and February Snowbird Specials Pets are OK for monthly rentals.

There is a $50 registration fee per condo for parking passes and arm bands.

Perfect location
My family of six stayed here and the condo had plenty of room. The views are amazing. The condo is close to Publix baseball fields. We are planning on coming back next New Year.

Beautiful Condo!
We booked this condo for a week and ended up extending our trip because we just didn't wanna leave it! It was beautiful and very spacious! The weather wasn't great some days due to the hurricane in south florida but we still had a great time hanging out in the condo! The host messaged back pretty quickly and was very nice! We will definitely be back!!

We fell in love the moment we walked through the door and saw the view from all sides. Pictures don’t do this place justice. Had our 2 yr old granddaughters and both sons there and had the best time. Definitely would stay again! Thanks

Desperately Needs A Deep Clean
Love Gulf Crest, all the amenities on the property are well maintained but not this unit! Extremely disappointed in this specific unit, it desperately needs to be deep cleaned. Will return to Gulf Crest this summer but will be staying in a different unit.

Location was great. The condo was clean but does need updating. The washer was pretty dirty but I sent a message and they sent someone right over to clean it. The bed’s definitely need updating not very comfortable at all. We loved the balcony that wrapped around the condo. You cant beat the view and location. We would definitely stay here again if beds are better. But all in all it was a great stay

This condo was filthy there was hair in the tub cabinets doors were falling off. Shower door was broken, couldn’t handle ion the balcony door living room side like the door was stuck. Floors were dirty, couch seem on left side was filthy. Was not impressed at all!

Nice vacation spot
When we arrived a repairman can in behind us to fix the dishwasher. There were plenty of dished/silverware and even a crockpot in the room. There was sleep space for 10, but only LR seating for 5. There were strong winds on the first night blowing off the gulf. The LR slider didn't properly close and made a really loud whirring/roar with the wind. We ended up opening the door about an inch and the noise stopped. The door is not seated well in the track. Overall the beds were comfortable and the condo was suited our needs well. Would rent this until again.

Beautiful condo, gorgeous view
This is a gorgeous and very comfortable condo. The beds were all very comfy and the view was spectacular. The refrigerator had a slight smell. This condo is very centrally located and within walking distance to several good places to eat - Dat Cajun Place being the best in our opinion! Hammerhead Fred's, Wendy's, and a mexican restaurant are all nearby as well. We enjoyed being within walking distance to Ms. Newby's since it was bike week and a great place to hang out. We did have some issues with parking, mainly with the condo association I think. Despite there being PLENTY of parking spaces they wanted to act like parking was a premium and charge us extra for parking passes! A 3 BR condo ought to get an extra in our opinion. We enjoyed the stay regardless and will visit again.

Spectacular views but needs a good deep cleaning
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at Gulf Crest multiple times. The views are spectacular! It served it's purpose and we enjoyed our stay after we did some cleaning. I would be nice to have access to these supplies instead of having to buy them on your own. The pools, hot tubs and beach were great and it was nice having the two beach chairs included. The Tiki hut was open this year so it was great to have this option for food and drinks. However, if I were the owner, I would be highly upset with the cleanliness of the condo. It is in serious need of a good deep cleaning. Cooking supplies less than desirable. The fridge/freezer had a terrible seafood smell that caused the whole place to smell. No matter how much we cleaned (there was nasty liquid in bottom of fridge under drawer) or how many baking soda boxes we put in, we couldn't get it to go away.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo unit in Gulf Crest needs a lot of work! It was not clean and there was sand everywhere upon arrival. The dishwasher is broken, there were several light bulbs out, the living room furniture is not what is shown in the VRBO listing, the balcony sliding door is extremely hard to open and close, there’s rotten wood throughout the condo- one area being the front door which does not lock properly, leaky faucets in bathrooms and just overall old and dirty! Definitely would not recommend this unit

Disgusting!
As soon as we got there, we saw bugs! The room was nasty! It was late so we decided to sleep and go get cleaning supplies in the morning. I had to deep clean this unit so my infant grandson could be on the floor. I had to continue to clean the entire stay because it was roaches and they were EVERYWHERE! Even in the digital screen on the stove, coming out of the ice maker, in the cabinets-everywhere! It took me about 5 months to get a resolution from this company. And I still didn’t get a full refund. This unit could be perfect if it was just properly cleaned and cared for.

It’s needs a deep clean and update . Bathtubs have mold around the shower doors, fridge has liquid under the shelf that needs to be cleaned. The dryer is about to quit. Need to update pots n pans. Need more towels. Dust in corners and baseboards. Dresser broken.p couch 142 Skyline Ct chai needs cleaning . I asked about the beach chairs and was told they don’t have them but found them later in the week. I read the reviews and brought cleaning supplies and used them. Management was quick to respond and friendly but wasnt really familiar with this unit. Wi-Fi instructions for the unit didn’t work ( hoping it was stronger) was able to use the communal WiFi. This unit has so much more potential.

Needs a deep cleaning!
We have stayed in a condo at gulf crest for the past 17 years for fall break. I was not impressed with this unit at all. I contacted the management company as soon as we got there about the main door, it looked as if someone had kicked it in. They did send out maintenance to fix it the next day, the dishwasher would not drain, he looked at it but had to order a part. So we had no dishwasher the whole time and we have a big family and eat most meals in the room. He also changed out 2 or 3 plugs for us that looked like they had burned. The living room did not have enough furniture for a big family, it looked nothing like the picture. The patio doors was so had to open the track needed to be cleaned out. Master bathroom had mold on the door and the shower head. The floor was just gross. The unit truly needs a deep cleaning and an update.

Great Space - Needs Updating and MAJOR cleaning!!
The space in this condo was great for our family! It was big enough for everyone to feel as if they weren’t crowded. The cleanliness of the condo however, was awful. There was sand all over the floor, the sheet rock around the showers was rotted and had horrible patch work. There was a whole in the wall in the common bathroom, mildew and mold in the master shower. All of the doors need to be replaced, especially the front door. It looks like some sort of animal chewed on it. More non stick pans wouod be nice, silverware that wasn’t tarnished. The patio furniture is all rusted and the patio door from the living room to outside barely shut and made a hollowing noise if it wasn’t locked. Almost all of the curtains were broke and need to be replaced as well. The master bed wasn’t horrible. The other two beds Al were decent. Could have been worse but weren’t awful. The location was ok but next time we will stay closer to pier park. Overall the space again, perfect but MAJOR cleaning and updates need to be done. Especially for the price we paid.
