"IT is the most beautiful hotel, the property is gorgeous. It's like being in a botanical garden. Pool and jacuzzi is great. It is super clean. The only downside is that i though the food wss mediocre. I look forward to coming back."

Do not book
"Do not book here. Literally no customer service. Signs are not clear on where the hotel is. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds ever. You’re better off sleeping in a hostel for cheaper. There’s two night clubs that blast music all night; which is what was expected. But the clubs were super lame ..."

"This place is in such a great location, out of the hustle but 2 blocks away. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. The apartment has a rooftop terrace which is a great place to enjoy the afternoon sunset over the volcanos. 10 out of 10."

Nice place to visit with plenty of shopping, dining, sightseeing. Just be safe when traveling around and I wouldn’t suggest walking around the area (Outside of your resort/hotel) at night.
