"The hotel is hosting for the last two months refugees. We arrived at the date we have booked and the stuff was trying to convince us that there was no reservation for that date or any date. The money had not been taken by the owner from owr account but there was no cansellation by e-mail or any contact to inform us that the rooms are curently unavailable for customers and hosting refugees.
