The property was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the screened porch where we had our morning coffee while looking at the gorgeous water. Everything needed for our stay was provided. The beach is absolutely beautiful. We give it an ‘Excellent’ as our review.

Perfect porch for the dolphin shows!
The house is full of comfort and cheery vibes but our group enjoyed the porch the most, especially for sun and moon rises. For the young one, it was being able to be so near the beach.

Doggie Heaven
The dog friendly beach was nearly deserted. The people we came across were friendly, and loved watching our dogs play in the surf. Our accommodations were comfortable, equipped with everything we needed, and directly on the beach. We will definitely return for another fun adventure.

Nice anniversary weekend
We spent an anniversary weekend with a couple of our children and a grandchild and still had plenty of privacy when we wanted it. Everything was clean and bright and the view is very nice as the property is literally on the beach.

Quiet beachfront
This property was exactly what we have been looking for. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed.Loved the screened-in porch! Couldn't get any closer to the beach than this. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful beach retreat.

LOCATION
Location of this house on the beach is unreal great, its not a drive, its not a walk, its steps from the beach. We sat under the house for shade and was still on the beach.

PARADISE
We stayed in this beautiful beach house for a week. The sunrise was amazing every morning. We walked the beach and found so many shells. The neighborhood is so quite bald point state park is literally right beside you. The house had everything we needed and it was clean. The decor was very fun and comforting. It was all around PARADISE. Communication with the host was excellent. We will definitely be back. Robert & Michelle

Quiet, peaceful holiday vacation
We enjoyed our stay with our 2 pups at this lovely beach home! Sunrises were beautiful and our most favorite time of day. Although it was cloudy and rainy for a few days, the screened in porch allowed for us to enjoy outdoors and stay dry. The accommodations were perfect and daily supplies (dish & laundry detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc.) were stocked well and kept us from making a trip out to purchase more. We bought fresh seafood for cooking and staying in during holidays (most everything closed) and it was tasty! The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and to make sure we were comfortable. We recommend this home for a quiet and peaceful time away! Book it now!

Our vacation was wonderful. The water is steps from the house, the sunrises are outstanding. We basically had the entire beach to ourselves. The house itself was fabulous. It is set up perfectly for two couples. The kitchen was great and there was plenty of space for everyone to have their own space — from the bedrooms, kitchen, screen porch or deck….just awesome. The only bad part was that we had to leave! Nicknwas a great communicator, from our first day at greeting us with an email to make sure we had everything we needed, to replying promptly with any questions we had. Just an absolutely wonderful vacation.

Great stay
We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Our week was filled with quite a bit of rain and thunderstorms, so wish we had better days to enjoy outdoors. Our fishing charter was cancelled due to story weather. We just hit it on a bad week, but will be back. Our first stay in Alligator Point won’t be our last. Our host was quite accommodating and pleasant. One suggestion though; put some puzzles in the rental. We could have used some 500 piece puzzles. Many thanks again.

The GREAT Escape...
If you are looking to escape your day-to-day life, are wanting to ground yourself, and cleanse your aura...this is the place for you! The calming sounds of the ocean and the crisp cleansing ionic air offer the perfect atmosphere for tranquil mediation! This place is surrounded by other private homes, and offers a very private beach experience, away from all the party crowd. The inside of the home is clean and open to the ocean sounds/air, which makes it even more heavenly! If you want to enhance your stay further, bring your groceries and cook your own meals while overlooking the ocean and taking in the fresh air! Lastly, the host, Nick, was very welcoming and accommodating to our needs!

Perfect Downtime
It rained for 2 days of our stay. However, that only gave us the perfect excuse to vegetate in the captain's chairs on the screened porch with the surf at our feet. Sleeping was divine! Rain on the roof and the gentle sound of the surf to lull you to sleep. The open floor plan was so perfect that we are thinking of adopting it to downsize. The local area is old Florida before the developers got there. Yes there are houses on the beach but they are well spaced and everything was amazingly quiet. On the sunny days there were only a couple of families on 1/2 mile of beach. This place truly is "Paradise" and well named! We had just come through a trying ordeal and needed to detox. "Paradise Found" was perfect for us.

Very lovely spot
Can't get closer to the water. Great open floorplan in the center with 2 bedrooms on either side. Nice screened in porch, though there are a few holes in that let in the stray noseeum. Decently equipped kitchen, though if you like to do your own cooking you might bring your own knives, just a perfunctory set here. 2 improvements could be made. The 2 loveseats are minimal and really need to be replaced with something more comfortable. Also, the western sun is very fierce coming through the kitchen window. It really needs a blind. Nick was great, very responsive to any qustions. Looking forward to returning...

Home away from home!
We felt so much at home with this property! The hosts were quick to respond, friendly and seemed very on top of fixing anything that could happen. Pictures were very much so up to date and this house sits almost literally on the beach at high tide! The house was laid out so nice for comfort and had anything and everything you could ever need to cook. Laundry pods, shampoo, soap, face wipes, coffee all the things available and plentiful. We noticed something most might not and that is a pack and play and highchair in the laundry closet which for parents of young ones would be something you wouldnt have to pack! Cozy beds and couch, tvs in both rooms and the living room so everyone can watch what they want at night. Nice stretch of beach for walking especially at low tide! Highly reccomend this stay if you like a more succluded and out of the way location! We loved everything about this place and they had some snacks for us as a welcoming package, but definitely bring snacks and some things to cook if you dont want to drive to eat. We would like to thank the hosts for a great house and enjoyable experience at a beautiful location!
