"This hotel is really cute and I love how they decorated the place. The room was clean, nice, and spacious. For breakfast they provide you with delicious croissants and coffee which was nice. This hotel is in a great location because it’s quiet and it’s easy to walk to restaurants and the main areas of Sibiu from here. Only other thing I would say is there no front desk and no one really to check you in. So you need to call when you arrive and if you needed anything no one is at the front desk....

"The hotel was closed. We arrived at 1pm to a locked door, waited an hour before someone came out and said that the hotel was closed and not using hotels.com anymore despite it being listed and us having correctly booked it. This was the 13th of February 2020. We had to immediately book another hotel elsewhere. "
