"The hotel was lovely and all the staff very warm and helpful. The room was lovely, but sometimes our bath room wasn't tided and cleaned very well during our stay. We only ventured to have our evening meal at the hotel one night during our stay but the restaurants were so quiet and lacking in atmosphere we still decided to venture off the complex. "Property is very much different from the pictures on Expedia. It is not maintained at all. I hardly could stay for even one day."

"Unfortunately when we arrived no one seemed to be expecting us and there was confusion and a lack of communication. The room wasn’t ready and although made up quickly there were things missing requiring several calls to housekeeping. The hotel is lovely on a gorgeous sandy beach and the gardens are beautifully kept. Breakfast was good. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel as there are some excellent places to eat nearby. Overall I’d give the hotel an 8/10"

"We arrived a day late. Appartment was on the ground floor. We had to walk through a construction site to get there .when we arrived. There was a strange man in the apartment cleaning the bathroom his bedsheets in the washing machine. Remember this is one day into OUR booking. Next day power was out for 8 hrs so no AC in 34 degree heat When we opened the sliding doors to let air in dust from a bulldozer 20 metres away put dust through appartment. Most perfect stay

"Excellent stay at Sand Tent beach house. Coming in from the Uk, We initially booked for 2 nights and then decided to stay for a further 4 nights. This was due to the outstanding services we received from Manjay and his team. He went above and beyond for us, offered a laundry service which we used and even took us to the market to get a few bits. He recommended lots of local places to visit and gave us tips and tricks to get around. The location of the rooms is around 5 minutes walk to the beach which was perfect for us as it was away from the late night noise. Close to lots of restaurants and cafe, a must is eat next door at Samarth Reshi, great for coffee, breakfast and snacks. The room itself is very clean, big with an en-suite wash room. Towels and water provided. Great stay, would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back! Thank you again to Manjay and his team for making our stay very special. "

"While there are things about the property that could be improved, the one thing i cannot fault is the service. While we were staying there my mum fell ill and the staff were unfailingly compassionate in tending to her needs - fetching items from the pharmacy, arranging cabs, providing extra pillows and so on. Sid in particular was incredible and we were so grateful to him and his team for all their support. In addition, the properties are quiet and well-arranged, and only five minutes' walk from the beach. I highly recommend staying there; you will not regret it!"
