"My husband and I were thinking about moving to Costa Rica and the house was a good place to cook, visit nearby stores and restaurants. We gathered good data and didn’t have to spend a great deal of money to do so. Mel was a great and helpful host!"

"Bare bones, but the room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was bottled water in the room and a hot shower (which in Costa Rica is not always a given). I was pleased, too, that they did come pick me up at the airport even though my plane arrived after stated shuttle hours."
