"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It's an older hotel so just be aware of that going in. It is conveniently right across from the airport, and the shuttle starts running at 4:30am which got us to the airport in five minutes with plenty of time to get through security for our 7:00am flight home. The food at the restaurant is good, and also very friendly staff there too. Highly recommend if you need somewhere to stay close to the airport on your way home, or if you get in late in the evening."

"Fourth visit to this resort, last time was 5 years ago. Excellent service & staff! Some managers remembered us from prior years, that really meant something! Still prefer the buffet to the restaurants. Reception staff kind and accommodating. Two negative things, one was the trash and glasses/plates left around the resort for days, and the trash on the beach, second thing was the lax attitude regarding (lack of) clothes at the dinning places and people smoking right outside of the entrances or vaping indoor (not in designated areas). An adult only option would be nice since children were running around and screaming constantly and hanging out in "adult" areas. Overall appreciate the CR people and beautiful surroundings. "Firstly the staff are impeccable. They will try their best to accommodate you and are constantly working to keep the facilities in great shape. The only issue I had was with the restaurant bookings. You expect to at least try all the restaurants they have on site, but they give you an app that shows no time slots available for next 3 days. Apparently there is some Star pass which gives people access to these reservations so people like us who booked through hotels.com are out of luck. "

"Ileana and her team of staff were remarkable. So kind, helpful, and thorough with any requests. The food service team and chef were also very accommodating when I had an early scuba dive meet up earlier than the normal breakfast start time. The late afternoon and evening entertainment was a lovely addition as well. And you can’t beat the location. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and great local soccer/football right outside the door. "
