"We enjoy coming here every year. It's very relaxing and we love having our own cottage when we come to visit the grandkids. I don't want to say too much more because I don't want it to be sold out next time I come! Seriously though, it's a great setting. "

"Like the specious living area. Laundry was convenient. But very noisy. Did not like that the code didnt work on the front door. They did not fix in the 6 days we were there. Great location. Beach isnt too far. "

"The location and cleanliness was top notch. I would recomend to stay there.The description needs to be updated. It says the place has a murphy Bed. It doesn't. It has a blow up.matress.for the 3rd bed. That was a problem since i need 3 actual beds. I had 1 couple and two friends that didnt share a bed. "We loved our stay at the Castaway Cottage. The owners are so nice and met us on arrival. The house was clean and had all the things we needed to cook meals. The pool and landscaping are amazing and still feels very private. The proximity to Bean Point Beach was so convenient too especially with a little one. We also loved using the included golf cart and had so much fun riding around Anna Maria. This is a great place to stay for a small family or couple"

"Perfectly located! This is across from markets, food and directly in front of the free trolley. If you fly in you have everything you need! The bed set up makes this a perfect girls weekend or a family of 4 getaway. Heated pool was wonderful. Easy beach access. Wagons with beach chairs. Simple check in and out. Great communication directly with the owner. This is the one you want!"

"We had everything we needed and then some. Our stay was comfortable and the location was perfect! We were close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Thank you!"

"Shell Cottage was cute as can be . It was very clean , beautifully decorated and well equipped. However; there is an alarm on the entry door that is ear shattering. The check-in information states it is part of the rental license rules which I understand. There was no grey box on the outside of the door which can be pressed to allow entry within 45 seconds before the alarm goes off. There was a button on the inside that allowed us to leave the cottage.. I’m not sure I would stay here again...

"We had a great atay here in the # 2 bungalow me and my wife . Great little place like Ol'FloridaEverything is new right behind a 7-11 which ended up being very handy. Across the street access to the beach and very quite after sunset couldn't ask for anything else after a great stay lay back and enjoy a vacation that this place will provide. Definitely stay again!!!!"

"Everything was described accurately. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Dave communicated everything we needed to know. The only thing you could possibly dislike would be the road noise because the bedroom window faces toward Beach Road but Spring Break brings out activity into and out of the village until the bars close. "Everything was good- just didn’t realize there was no gym. Was looking to do a long term rental but that was a game changer. Also the parking is valet only and really quite a pain. Had to wait a long time for the car , but often they wouid leave the keys at the desk. But for long term purposes , this is not optimal "

"We loved our stay at the property, and had a great time while we there. Check in was smooth and loved the nice touch of being offered champagne when we got there. Despite the resort being still under renovation on the lower level, our room was amazing and comfortable! We enjoyed all the amentities! Staff was very attentive and Solomon was an absolute pleasure!"

Fun Siesta Key Hotel

"Stayed a week in February and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Our room was poolside, had a coffee machine, and refrigerator. The bed was comfortable, and the room clean. Ice, additional coffee, and bottle water was available in the hotel office. Free bike rental and beach wagon are also available (had 2 beach chairs in the room, along with a cooler). Hotel had a cute tiki bar with happy hour specials and a DJ in the evening. The most enjoyable aspect of the hotel was the pool with great company, the other guests were friendly and fun to hang with. Awesome location to the downtown area and easy walk to the beach. Would recommend and stay here again. "
