Welcome to our spacious haven, ideally situated between Palmer and Wasilla, just a short distance from essential amenities. This inviting home boasts four master en-suites, each a generous 335 square feet, featuring large bathrooms, clothes closets, smart TVs, desks with chairs, and carpeted floors with windows that frame varying views of the property and nearby mountains. The heart of the home is our large, self-service kitchen, which doubles as a social hub with a counter and six bar stools, a dining table for six, and a comfortable area with a plush couch and a cozy chair for relaxation and conversations. Centrally located on the Alaska Road System, our home is the perfect base for exploring Alaska's natural wonders. Please note that the garage is not included in the rental. Great place to stay!
The house is very nice and very convenient to Palmer! It was clean and comfortable, and each couple had a master bedroom. We loved our stay and would stay there again!

Centrally located between Wasilla and Palmer. Easy to find and get to where you want to go and explore. Bedrooms are very spacious and grounds are surrounded by trees. Extremely quiet. We never heard a single car

Home for the team
We chose to stay here for our week-long stay to prepare for our State Championship Robotics tournament. It was great to spread the team out throughout the rooms and we had a great area to practice and hold team meetings. Very comfortable and close to everything we needed.

Location, Location, Location
Abby’s Place is Palmer is in a great location 30 minutes north of Anchorage. The home is located on a private lot with plenty of room for parking and enjoying the serenity and beauty of Alaska. The home has an open lower floor which accommodates 12 comfortably and four private bedroom/bathroom suites upstairs. Our family traveled from Boston, Austin, San Diego, and Phoenix to visit our son who lives in Anchorage. We highly recommend Abby’s Place!

Amazing Home
4 master bedrooms with private bathrooms and a large kitchen. What else could you ask for? Unbelieveable stocked kitchen with all the staples included. 2 full size refrigerators and 2 washer and dryers We hiked Bodenburg Butte first morning and then hit Independence Mine( still snow covered in Mid May). The Butte hike took about 2 hours and was well worth all the stairs!!! We stayed on top for a half hour enjoying the view Felicia is an an amazing host and quick to reply. We had no issues!!

Just what we needed
Abby’s place was absolutely perfect. A moose greeted us in the driveway most evenings. The kitchen was well stocked! The kids loved having their own rooms and having movie nights in each others rooms. The location is perfect, right off the highway into Anchorage and the Parks highway to outdoor adventure! Check in was easy. Plenty of towels, bedding and pillows. We talked about staying here again in the summer. It was l perfection!

Great Place to Stay
Our group of grandma, uncle and two teenagers loved having our own rooms. The house is clean, well maintained and in a beautiful area of trees. The backyard is huge with grills we enjoyed using. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The owner was very responsive to the one question we had about the thermostat. We will definitely recommend this home to friends and family. This is the BEST VRBO we have stayed at and is was a short drive into Anchorage and only a few minutes to Wasilla.

Beautiful stay
We had a wonderful stay. The house was very nice. My only complaint is not enough comfortable seating in the living area. There is only a seat for 4 people and the dining table has 6 chairs but they are tall like bar stools so your feet dont touch the floor. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you could possibly need. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very big and comfortable. Two big washers and driers to keep up with laundry. The owner kept the drive plowed out nicely for us and salt on the sidewalk. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for a family or group of adults
The 4 masters up design gave everyone space and privacy with a comfortable open living/ dining/ kitchen space on the first floor for gathering, cooking and eating. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bedrooms were spacious with nice closets and each had desks for the work from wherever crowd (we had a couple in our family). A couple of the rooms had trundle beds to expand capacity if needed. There was a nice outdoor grill and firepit but we didn't end up using those. The host was great about communicating. The location was between Palmer town and Wasilla, just off the highway, so very convenient for both or for adventures into Anchorage or further in either direction. You'll need a car (no readily available public transport, but there is a park and ride to Anchorage about a mile away and if you need a second car for day trips, there's an Enterprise office in Wasilla just 3 miles from the house.) Everyone in our group was very pleased with "Abby's Place" and we hope to return in the not too distant future.

Family Easter Vacation
My Neice was doing a PA rotation in Wasilla and was going to be here over the Easter holiday so the whole family decided to take a vacation here. Her parents, sister, cousin, aunt, uncle, and grandparents all made the trip for 11 nights. House is in a great location for exploring north and south valley areas. Kitchen is very accommodating for home cooking and laundry facilities are a bonus for a long trip. Only “listing” quirk is that it appears that one of the bedrooms has 2 queens and a single - but there is not a 2nd queen in any. Still plenty of sleeping space for 9 of us. Each bedroom with its own full bath is great for everyone getting ready to go out together. Great deal for plenty of space!

Abby’s place is Amazing!
Our family had an amazing time at Abby’s place, May1, 2021 to May 8, 2021. Our flight arrived in Anchorage around 11:30 pm so we got to the house about 1:30am. Felicia had sent me the door code, google maps took us straight to the front door ; when we pulled up the house was all lite up., very welcoming. There were some more pleasant surprises waiting for us like bottled water, coffee and breakfast fixings for our first morning. We really appreciated this gesture, so nice! The house is amazing and exactly as described. Super clean, the beds are nice and comfortable, plenty of nice bath towels and washcloths. The four master suites was a real treat. The property was beautiful and the back yard really nice; part of the last frontier for sure. On our last day my son walked out the front door and there was a moose in the yard, nice ending to a beautiful Alaska Family vacation.
