"Stayed for NYE and had a great stay. Location is unbeatable and the building is Dallas historic landmark with lots of charm. The room was spacious and considerably less expensive than anything comparable for NYE. However the rooms are out of date and show signs of wear and tear. There are not many amenities. I would consider staying there again, but I would like to see some investment in the property."

"The overall stay was amazing. Comfy beds, good vibes. The only negative thing was the elevators being broken so the stairs after a long night of dance music was a drag but I will definitely be booking again for next year! Hopefully we’ll get up early enough for the complementary breakfast! "

"Staff was pleasant. Convenient parking. Room was neat. I’m counting off for cleanliness. The sofa had multiple stains. Bathtub wasn’t clean and not enough towels."

"This is an excellent hotel located in Downtown Dallas. We stayed in a king suite which consists of a bedroom area and a lounge area both with TV. The bathroom was spacious and equipped with an excellent shower. The free breakfast offers a good variety and quality of choice of food. The location is very convenient with many sights within easy walking distance. The nearby JFK memorial plaza is also a popular pick up point for tours etc. Hotel security is also very good. "Excellent guest desk services and restaurant staff. Most memorable of the trip is the service provided by wait staff Betty and manage Alex. Betty served every customer with a smile. Even during high volume, Betty did not let that reflect in her face neither her service. Alex was an awesome restaurant manager, he just jumped right in to help support his staff. Love it. "
